Shoe Size: Felt a half size smaller than marked
Shoe Width: Felt narrower than marked
Shoe Arch: Moderate arch support
I love Marc Jacobs shoes, but these were surprisingly uncomfortable. I have a small foot, pretty thin, size 6 - wearing the shoe felt like torture, with really poor arch support. The heel felt higher then it actually was. I am sure it would stretch and conform to the foot with wear, but I don't think it would ever feel comfortable because of lacking arch support.

 |  | I couldn't find a place to leave feedback, so I'll put it here. I want to thank you for your excellent service. I ordered football cleats for my son for an upcoming playoff game in a brand I've never bought before and they were too narrow. I called at 9:30 p.m. to exchange them for the brand I normally buy. The exchange arrived the NEXT DAY at no extra charge! That is the best service I've ever received from an internet company!
