I purchased this belt from Nike.com as a gift. It was too large so I tried to exchange it, but was told it wasn't available anymore. So I searched high and low and then, on the off chance that you might have it, I checked out Zappos. I had never shopped here before and am always a little wary when it comes to new websites, but Zappos had the exact belt I was looking for in the exact size, even with an option of colors. The ordering process was flawless and the package arrived in less than the quoted time. I will definitely return to Zappos.com for my future online shopping!

I'm impressed! Few companies care about customer service anymore because they seem to believe they have American consumers "over a barrel." Why provide good customer service when they don't have to? At least goes the thinking. I deplore talking to "Customer Service" representatives in overseas. I don't understand them and they don't understand me. And they don't solve problems, they just read from printed cue cards. So...THANK YOU for caring about customer service. It DOES matter to me, it DOES matter to the American public. Next time I need shoes, you'll be the first place I shop.
