The Kade by Fitzwell is a very, very nice boot. When you have the right size, it fits very nicely, though I did have to get arch supports because the boot doesn't have enough of an arch for my feet. In terms of sizing, I normally wear an 11.5 depending on the shoe, so that's what I ordered. However, upon arriving, I discovered that the shoe felt about a size smaller than the 11.5 listed, so I had to go up to a 12.5 to get a comfortable fit. The return process was flawless. I got the return moving the day I got the original pair and at the same time I ordered the larger size. Much to my surprise the second pair arrived the next day via complementary Next-Day Air shipping! Thanks to the wonderful service I will definitely be doing business with Zappos again.

 |  | I just want to thank you, and commend the customer service staff at Zappos. I just couldn't believe it when you actually kept me abreast of the certain pair of shoes I was looking for! Having a size 4- 1/2 foot, is very hard finding shoes. I could wear certain kinds of shoes such as boots, clogs, etc…but having to wear 3 heavy pairs of socks in order for them to fit! Well, they fit, but my feet kill me! Clogs such as the ones I purchased, seem to be more comfortable. I'm just hoping that they're not too big for me. I can’t wait to get them and see!
