Great boot and really comfortable...I did find the sizes ran 1x larger than I'm used to...so order a size smaller and you should be fine.

Nice looking boot, but the heel is HARD (gel insole doesn't help) and would recommend a cushion for the "ball" of your foot. The sole of the boot is very thin.

 |  | Thank you, thank you! I'm thinking the Zappos customer service team must be made up of magical wizards, and I am getting spoiled! I called yesterday to exchange sneakers for a larger size, and late last night ordered some girly shoes, and this morning BOTH the sneakers and the shoes were at my door! I am stunned! Today I called a different place to order a specialty item (after checking Zappos site for something similar first, of course) and there is just no comparison whatsoever. Now I must wait at least a week for my order from this other place, and on top of that, pay ten bucks shipping! See, I am spoiled by Zappos spectacular customer service. Thank you so much!
