 |  |  | I watched an interview with the head of Zappos once and was very impressed with his strategy of "customer service. What impressed me was how he executes it, hires for it, sets expectations for it, and makes it real to the customer. When asked what Zappos (shoes) might do in the future, he said that anywhere customer service could be a competitive advantage was a potential target for Zappos. They have this strategy down right.
