This boot is very stylish, and I really wanted it to work. However, it is very tight in the ankle/heel. I was able to zip up the boot (barely), and the trouble wasn't around the lower calf but the ankle. If they could make it a little looser around this area it would be a great boot. Sigh...

Great comfortable shoe -
I ordered their regular size 7 black boot and like the other reviews said, it was a little snug and narrow in the front, but I've worn them for a few hours already and they are stretching out a bit. Very comfortable otherwise. If wearing jeans, the shoe kinda looks a little elf boot-ish.

These are so cute and very comfy, but also very narrow. I always fit into a medium width but couldn't begin to wear these - too tight!

This shoe seemed more than 1 size smaller than marked. I wear an 11 narrow and ordered a 12. Felt very narrow and very tight! I would order 2 sizes bigger if I could.

Cute but...
Oh I really wanted these boots to fit. I've been having such a hard time lately finding cute boots. I usually wear a medium width and ordered wide width after reading the reviews. I had to stuff my foot into this boot and it was so uncomfortable.

Lovely but snug -
Shoes looked great, but did not fit. Very snug on my foot and I am a Medium. Foot was squeezed in them, too bad. They seem very stylish, but I am reluctant to order up as they feel small overall, not sure they'd be better in a size up. I wear a 12 already, so am returning.

Terrific Boot -
I have worn these boots almost every day for over two weeks. The left boot started a little narrow across the front of my foot, but it has relaxed to a perfect fit with normal weight socks. These boots have kept my feet dry in pouring rain and snow, but they are not lined and therefore not particularly warm. Overall a great boot.
Zappos service is also terrific. I ordered these early one morning and they were at my door the next afternoon. I left for Europe three days later, so the timeliness of delivery was appreciated.

Great Everyday Boot -
These boots are very comfy. I can wear these on my outdoor adventure I will be taking this summer. They are a great comfort boot for walking, but stylish enough to wear with a casual outfit. I LOVE the zip on the side.

 |  | Can I just say, I have always hated shopping for shoes until I stumbled upon Zappos. Zappos has changed the way I shoe shop. Since discovering Zappos, it is the only place I shoe shop. No more dragging from store to store to find the right shoes and the right size. I love Zappos! I have ordered dress shoes, boots and casual shoes from Zappos. On occasions I have had to return shoes because they just were not what I wanted; either they did not feel right or they were not the look I wanted. The return policy is so easy and Zappos does not make you feel guilty for returns! P.S. My husband even shops from Zappos now. He cannot believe how great the customer service is. We love you Zappos!
