I like the cushioned bottom. I usually like to put gel or other insoles into shoes and I don't need them with these.

So far so good.
I haven't worn them outside of the house yet but so far they're pretty comfortable. I love the look of the heel. I know I'll get lots of use out of these with jeans and pants.

 |  | I know that *most* people only take the time to write CS when they have a problem or complaint, but...I'm so thrilled with my recent order, I just had to say “Awesome job, Zappos!” I have such a hard time finding cute, stylish shoes for my wide foot, and my mom told me about you. I purchased several pairs of shoes from you once before, but when they came, they just weren't what I had in mind and I was unhappy with them. But your awesome customer service and no shipping charges made me unafraid to try again! I recently purchased four pairs of shoes, got the order super fast, and so far I am absolutely thrilled with all of them! Your policies make it easier to buy shoes online.
