Shoe Size: Felt true to size
Shoe Width: Felt narrower than marked
Shoe Arch: No arch support
Pretty boot but not very comfortable -
I bought these boots because I really liked the look of them, but for the price they were not very comfortable. The fit tight in the toe area and were loose by the heel. I returned them even though I like the look. I just couldn't justify spending that much if the comfort and fit wasn't there.

 |  | Your customer service is so awesome you must get sick of receiving these types of emails, however I had to send a thank you. I only placed my order yesterday and yet today I get home from work and SURPRISE! My boots are here! Free shipping, fast shipping, giant selection...what else can a customer ask for? Customer service in general is lacking when dealing with other retailers but Zappos rules!
