Ouch... these shoes kill my bunions! Usually Merrells are so comfy, but these hit right where the bunions are and I can’t seem to get the straps to adjust to a good fit.

Great little shoe. I have the greyish one and wear it all the time. It's a casual shoe, one I wear with jeans or cotton pants or casual shorts, but it's not something I'd wear with a skirt (I'm 30, at least five years past doing the cute pixie sporty thing). I try to wear it with socks -- with pants, people! -- but I wore it every day last week with shorts. The heels started to rub a bit more than I would prefer, but moleskin keeps it from forming a blister. I have no problems with my toes rubbing anywhere, or with my arches. I have fairly flat feet. My one injured, crappy foot isn't bothered in the least by this shoe, and I don't even put my orthotics in it. I'd absolutely buy it again, but I've had it for a few years and it's showing no signs of wearing out, so I don't know when I'll need another pair!

I wear this shoe almost every day. It's so comfortable and looks good with everything. If they ever wear out I'll definitely get another pair.

I have bought Merrells in the past and just love them. They are always comfortable, but I found this pair to be a little snug in the little toe area. I did adjust the straps and wore them around the house to break them in. They are comfy now but I don't think I would use them in an all day walking trip. They are really cute though.

The toe on these shoes points up so you feel a little like an elf when you wear them. But they are comfortable and fit true to size.

Walking shoe -
I was looking for a walking shoe for an upcoming trip we are taking to Italy and Greece. I have Morton's Neuroma in the right foot and need something supportive, comfortable and cute in a flat that I can wear on walking tours w/shorts and skirts. This is a cute shoe and seems supportive but rubs both little toes raw. I am wearing them w/o any socks or hose as we are going during warm temps and I need a shoe I can wear bare-footed. I thought they were so cute but they just did not work for me. I have other Merrell shoe styles that I love.

Very comfortable, always get comments on how cute they are. Zappos has the best delivery ever.
I have ordered 2 other pair of shoes from Zappos for Christmas gifts & got them the day after I placed my order.

Wonderful Shoe -
I absolutely love this shoe. I found it on vacation earlier this year but they didn't have my size. I was completely bummed. But after a while I forgot about them, until I needed a new pair recently. I really wanted something cute and comfortable. Walking to and from class everyday and working on my feet all day long, I really needed them to be comfortable. I found these on Zappos and was absolutely stoked! It was like Zappos knew exactly what I needed...and wanted! They are perfect. The fit, color, and support. I would recommend them to anyone.

Cute but not that comfortable -
I bought these for my trip to Paris. I found the heel to be too wide/large and the toe box was a bit narrow for me (I have wide feet) and it pinched my little toe. Not much support either. Overall they were just OK.

I got these shoes in the black nappa valley black and I am very pleased. I'm a college student who is constantly on my feet walking around campus and these shoes are perfect no matter what the weather. However what I am most impressed with is the speedy service Zappos provides. I ordered these shoes late Monday night and they arrived Wednesday-with no shipping fee!

I love Merrells!
I'm a huge fan of Merrells every since I bought my first pair (Barbados Leather). This shoe is actually my 3rd pair of Merrells. I feel Merrell shoes are made well, always comfortable, and have a fun funky style. The only issue I've had with this particular style is that it sometimes cut the back of my heels. I have to be careful of how much time I spend walking. It's great for the office. I just happen to be heel sensitive, though; due to an unfortunate incident trying to break in some Danskos long ago (won't do that again!). I'm sure most people won't have the same issue.

OMG!!! These shoes are simply the best! No breaking in period. My 2nd pair of Merrells, so glad Zappos now carries them! And the customer service I receive from Zappos makes them number 1 all the way! I don't buy my shoes from any other source, just from Zappos!!!

I bought the pale blue shoe with brown straps. It goes with many of my slacks and shorts because the blue is so light. I wear them all the time. I never had to "break them in" as they were comfy from the start. Merrell makes a fabulous shoe. I'm a size 5, which means I have a tough time finding shoes. Thanks to Zappos for carrying this shoe in my size!

Comfortable casual shoe. I have very narrow feet and these are wide, but length is good. They are very hot, but overall I enjoy wearing them for summer casual days.

Not an uncomfortable shoe by any means, but not nearly as comfy as my other Merrells – lacks cushioning and support. I would not be able to walk all day in these, which is what I've come to expect from Merrell. A little wide in the heel for me, but they're cute!!!

Cute and comfortable -
I bought these in Ginger for an all day presentation. After six hours on my feet I felt I'd made a great buy. I've since also ordered the shoes in Stone Blue.
Several people have commented on how cute the shoes were. I have big feet so "cute" isn't usually what I hear.

There are a lot of shoes that are not comfortable on my feet after a short time. These shoes are incredible. There is lots of arch support and plenty of room for my toes. I can wear these shoes for hours and my feet never hurt. They also look great.

Cute, comfortable, but my heels... ouch!
That pretty much sums it up. These are expensive for a reason. They are very well made, have a great look, a comfortable footbed, and a sturdy sole. However... they cut my heels open every time. I wish I could get used to them as I've heard you're supposed to, but they are just painful. Very disappointing. I marked "half size larger" because I bought an 8.5 and have since been wearing a 9 and they still feel like they fit.

Disappointing - I have other styles in the Merrell line – that I love – so I assumed I would also like this shoe. Wrong. It is quite uncomfortable. I am hoping that if I occasionally wear it that my foot and it will finally cooperate with each other – but I will not hold my breath. Have worn it several times so I do not think returning is an option.

Fun little sneaker shoe -
These Mary Jane style sneakers are fun and modern. Bought them to walk around Boston and they were great. Feet will get a little hot in them with all that rubber but better than full athletic lace up sneakers.

Merrells are great!
This is my 2nd pair of Merrells. I bought my 1st pair last year for work (I'm on my feet at least 10 hrs a day). They are the only shoes I can wear all day and not have the ball of my foot hurt. I bought this pair for vacation. They look cute with jeans and capris and I'll be able to navigate the cobblestone streets of Amsterdam comfortably. You can't go wrong with a pair of Merrell shoes!

Zappos was SMART to add Merrell shoes!
Nothing bad and everything good to say about this shoe. Comfortable right out of the box, cute, walkable. For oh-so-long I've wanted Zappos (wonderful company!) to add Merrells (great shoes; I have 5 pairs in different styles, walked all over France & Belgium in one of them).

I have never once had a bad experience with Zappos.com and have found even returning a product is pain-free. Many people find buying shoes online to be a process that is a hassle based on shipping costs and not getting a chance to see the shoe actually on their foot, but you have done a tremendous job not only making shipping easy, and FREE, but also providing a number of angles for a shoe online so it can best be represented without physically holding it. I have purchased numerous shoes, sandals and boots from Zappos over the years and have never once been disappointed. Most recently, I was upgraded to expedited shipping for free on my most recent purchase, which again pointed out why I love Zappos so much! My educational background is a degree in marketing as well as an MBA focused in strategic management, which makes me extra critical of things like customer service as well as other business functions. Zappos always comes up as my example of companies who are doing things right and charting their own path to success. I recommend your site to people all the time and hopefully they will experience the delight I have come to know as 'the norm' when dealing with Zappos.
