Shoe Size: Felt a half size smaller than marked
Shoe Width: Felt narrower than marked
Shoe Arch: Moderate arch support
Not for medium or wide widths - I don't know how everyone can say these are true to size, they are narrow. Very cute and look well made, but when my daughter puts on thin socks, they are tight. Love the look of these shoes, but give kids room to wiggle their toes!

WELL worth the money!!! My daughter is going through a phase right now at nine years old where she is skeptical of anything that I buy for her. After all her friends told her how great these shoes looked, she was thrilled (but not in front of me). They are easy to get on in the morning when she is late and they go with everything. They offer fantastic support in PE but aren't so athletic looking that she can't wear them as casual shoes with all her cute outfits.

This was the first time that I had purchased from Zappos and I was a little hesitant about placing an order because it would have to be sent to an APO address, which is overseas. I have had bad experiences being stationed overseas and never receiving my order or it would take weeks to get it. I have to honestly say that I received my order in a week and the boots are awesome.
