This is my second pair of Fevers. I also have the red/gold heel (which my friends are tired of me wearing). Anyway, I wear size 12 and waited 6 months before they finally became available in my size. I wore these to a party and there was not one eye that wasn’t on me. These shoes are fierce, they can go with any solid color. I’m in love with Stuart Weitzman shoes now. I want the blue ones, still waiting for him to bring them in size 12.

Best High Heel Shoes out there -
I wear 4" heels everyday and these by far are the most comfortable shoes out there. I’ve worn them all day walking around for work and didn't even get a blister like you usually do the first time you wear a pair of new shoes. They are very well made and sexy, sexy, sexy. Got to love Zappos as well for the great price and free delivery. Zappos is the best!

Sexiest shoe ever!
Difficult to find correct size and fit, but well worth it. I am a size 9N, but ended up with a 10W - this shoe is incredibly narrow! The arch is not fully supported (just the heel and back 1/3 of arch), but the support is good for a stiletto heel. The shoe is comfortable to wear for extended periods of time and it is by far the sexiest shoe I've ever owned. The materials and workmanship make it worth the extra money. I don't normally like patent leather, but the croc toned it down a bit and made the shoe more versatile. Men LOVE it! Zappos customer service was super-friendly and quick with exchanges and returns.

These shoes are soooo HOT! They look great with jean or whatever you feel like pairing them with. They truly are narrow! I have pretty narrow feet, when I was younger (I am 27 now) I even had to buy narrow shoes cause M was too wide, but these shoes are so tight around the toes. I'm pretty sure I'm keeping them and I'll just try and stretch them out. If I don't then I think I have to go for a W because the length fit perfect. I bought a 7 and I typically wear a 7.

Very narrow, but stretchable -
I found these shoes very narrow for a moment, but after wearing them for some hours I had the feeling that the leather began to stretch. To speed up this process I gave the shoes a good soaking in warm water, put them on when dripping wet and let them dry on my feet. This took several hours, I even had to sleep in them, but now they fit like a glove. Don't worry about ruining your shoes; they keep the abuse very well.

Fit Of Fever -
I normally wear a "7.5 M" in Stuart Weitzman. I have found that with Fever, my normal size works well with bare feet, but with stockings, I have to go down 1/2 size to "7 M" as my feet slide forward slightly, most likely due to the 4 inch heel and the shoes are slightly too long. So, I now have the Blk Kid and Blk Patent in both 7.5 M and 7M for wearing with/without stockings! This is worth it as every single time I wear Fever, the looks and compliments from both women and men alike are never-ending! No better way to make a girl feel confident and on top of the world than the world's sexiest shoes - Stuart Weitzman Fever!

When they were thinking of a name for this shoe, they really captured its essence! "Fever" is so appropriate!! To say that I was impressed with the quality of this shoe is an understatement. Not only is it well made but quite comfortable considering the high heel and the pointed toe. Bottom line: it's HOT! You owe yourself this pair of shoes, girls!

I bought these to wear to a wedding and they were gorgeous! Not the most comfortable, but that’s not what I was going for, and after 7 hours of dancing what do you expect?

Unbelievable!!!
It taxes the imagination to think that this shoe, (& I own three pairs of this particular style) with its stiletto heels and sharply pointed toes can be actually comfortable enough to sleep in; but they are. However it doesn't really surprise me. As I've worn this brand for years, and have found that dollar for dollar, it leads the pack.

Fabulous Shoes!
I ordered this shoe half a size larger than normal, because most reviews said they ran small, and they were perfect. I also ended up with a narrow width because mediums were sold out and they are working out, especially because this shoe does stretch. Very comfortable, despite the 4 inch heel - I've worn them all day at work and my feet are fine at the end of the day.

OMG, this shoe lives up to its reputation and more. A close male friend and admirer of killer shoes took one look at these and instantly offered to buy them for me so that they would be "his shoes". This is as close to having someone drop on the spot and propose as possible! Hot, sexy pump. Shoe was slightly tight, but definitely not enough to get a wider or larger size, as Stuart Weitzman pumps DO stretch. Am getting in ALL colors available in my size. And I am usually a Jimmy Choo or Manolo girl!

Shoe is absolutely gorgeous and sexy, but sizing is incorrect more like a Europe sized shoe. We had to return them and repurchase a 1/2 size larger hopefully that will work. Hopefully the next size up will be great.

Just the sexiest pump ever.
I have this pump in three colors now. It is a beautiful shoe. Great lines. A classic that will never be out of style. As has been reported, it's cut narrowly so either go wide or a half size up - if you can handle the heel height.

These shoes are Stu's hottest pump ever! The thin, high, metal heel... so sexy! Though this shoe runs narrow- but not enough to warrant getting another width, just will require additional stretching. And the length is a little long toward the heel also- but not enough to get a smaller size.

I followed the advice to buy a half size up and now have extra room so I won't be able to wear them with nylons. The shoes stretch a ton. Make sure to break them in and you're golden. I wore them to an event I hosted and after 7 hours my feet didn't even hurt. Amazing!

Beautiful but naaaaarrow!
You should give yourself plenty of time to practice walking in these puppies before venturing out on your big night with them on. They are a little tricky, but feel good on the foot if you get the right size.

These shoes are absolutely gorgeous! I get complimented on them every time I wear them. Love them so much I bought them in black patent, black leather, red and tortious shell!!! It's a narrow shoe so I just buy a half size larger. Works like a charm.
