I wish I had read the reviews before ordering this shoe. The look is great, but the stitching around the toe box hurts my feet. Love the heel and the platform is comfy, but low cut front with stitches across the top of my foot felt like it would cut. Wonder if I should re-order a half size larger?

These shoes just arrived in the mail and I LOVE them! I read the reviews and ordered the shoes a 1/2 size bigger than I normally would (7 rather than 6 1/2) and they fit beautifully. Hope they don\\\'t stretch out. I ordered the black patent -- they\\\'re perfect for work or play. I have pretty wide feet, and the wide fits great. These are the first heels I\\\'ve found in a long time where the side of my foot isn\\\'t overlapping the side of the shoe. The people who said they\\\'re still too narrow must have really, really wide feet. I can\\\'t speak to the comfort yet as I haven\\\'t worn them out, but there is ample cushioning in the toe area.

After reading all of the conflicting reviews about sizing, I ordered both a 6.5 and a 7, and the 6.5 fit me perfectly. These shoes are the bomb! I tried to buy them in Cognac as well, but they don\'t have my size. I hope they get them in.

I love the style of these shoes, but had to return because they were very uncomfortable. The shoes were true to size, but the toe area was too tight. I am a flight attendant and I am on my feet for several hours a day. These shoes pinched my feet and were unbearable to wear for more than an hour. Too bad because I think the patent shoes are so cute!

After reading the reviews, I ordered this Vigotti. I ordered a full size larger (11) and W, though 10 regular was my usual fit. The 11 W fit and seems comfortable. Not for a full day of work fit, but for a few hours of being stylish. Just got them, put them on with a pair of socks. High quality, with leather lining which I need on my broken down feet. Remember the 1970s with platform pumps and block heels? Had a pair then and wore them everywhere looking good, so it's nice to see an old classic updated in this modern pump. Love the patent leather.

These shoes are very cute, but too small. I ordered a 10, and could barely get my foot in it. Then I ordered an 11 and wore them all day. My toes hurt so much by the end of the day I couldn\'t wait to take them off. The toe box is small. Very disappointing.

Unfortunately, these shoes did not work for me either. I was disappointed, because it's a beautiful shoe and just the right height. The toe box fit me ok, but both the 8W and the 8 1/2M were slipping off my foot. I normally wear an 8M. So I will have to return them too.

Good quality, pretty and comfortable. The heel height is a little higher than I normally wear, but the platform adjusts the height to feel like a 1/2 inch lower heel. I ordered a half size larger than my normal size, 10, and it fits well. My normal size, 9.5, would have been too small. I bought the cognac which is the color of caramel. Very pretty. This is my second pair of Vigotti shoes and I have not been disapointed. They are very well made.

These shoes are beautiful! With that said they are so narrow in the toe box. After reading previous reviews I decided to order the W even though I normally would order a standard or regular width. The Wide is not wide enough. So disappointing. Like one of Cinderella's ugly step-sisters I keep trying this shoe on and hoping against hope that this time it will magically fit (pain free). I still might keep them. It is disappointing because other than the tight fit in the toe area, this shoe is exactly what I've been searching for.

Vigotti Mariel is a good looking shoe. However, I must return them due to the fact that they have a round toe...a round toe and I, do not get along. I must have a shoe with a more oval "toe box", as I have a longer big toe than most. Other than that, the shoe width and fit are good. So, if you like a rounded toe, choose this shoe. I wish I could have worn them, because my daughter thought I looked hot in them! I ordered the Mariel in black, and boy did they look good.

I felt like I could run in these!
I have wide feet and this is one of the few shoes I've found that's comfortable, stylish and reasonably priced. Looks great with a suit or jeans. Can't wait to buy another pair.

Beautiful but not worth the pain -
This is a beautiful shoe. Very elegant. It is definitely narrow. If you get your regular size, it is a very snug fit and uncomfortable to wear all day (or even half a day). I bought a half size larger and it was too big - flopped around and could not walk. I'm returning mine - too uncomfortable.

Just got my shoes a few minutes ago. They are cute and sexy. Love them. I wear a size 10 and they seem a little tight when I slid them on my feet. It could be because they are brand new and fresh out of the box and need stretching. Will wear for a few weeks and report back. :)

Perfect Interview Shoe!
What can I say bout this dreamy shoe other than "yummy"! I was looking for a plain closed toe shoe for job interviews and for work that I can walk in for long periods of time, and I found it. I am a 7M (a little on the narrow side, but not quite a narrow) and these fit perfect. In response to another person's review: leather shoes stretch out a bit. That being said, these were a bit snug when I got them out of the box (not painful, just snug), and after wearing them out to a social function they formed to my feet as leather should. I usually also have a problem with my feet being sweaty causing foot slippage in shoes such as this, but not here, the thicker cushion insole takes care of that issue. I am planning on buying these in other colors. Thank you Zappos!

Finally found my perfect work shoe!!!!
No compromise here! These are stylish, sturdy, durable, and the ideal height. I can work on my feet and do lots of walking without the pain. They are a bit narrower than average, and the leather is stiff at first, but I must say, I've searched high and low for a shoe just like this, and at this price, it can't be beat! I think the pictures make them look nerdy, but its very much the look of a Stuart Weitzman shoe. I've never heard of this brand, but does it really matter? I look gooooood.

Really good all around shoe from office to going out at night. Looks nice with a suit or dress. The heel doesn't feel too high because of the platform. I bought the 6W and was a tiny bit tight so I wore them around the house for a couple of days and now they feel great!

Unfortunately I couldn't get my foot in it. It runs narrow and small. I ordered an 11W. My neice wears a 10 and it fit her nicely.

Was looking for a very classic looking comfortable pump and found it in this shoe. The platform takes off about 3/4 inch from the height of the shoe so it's very easy to wear for folks who need to stay in the mid-heel range. I'm a size 10 medium width and this shoe fit perfect. This shoe has excellent padding in the toe area, perfect molding to the foot to keep your foot from shifting forward in the shoe. Overall, great comfort throughout the shoe. Just wish the top came up just a tad more. I like that this is a style that will last.

Imperfect sizing -
I ordered a 7 it was too small, sent back and ordered 7 1/2. Fit fine until I wore them out to a function. They wouldn't stay on. It seemed they stretched with each step. They also have rubber soles. Not a good thing. Great looking shoe but very ill fitting. I was very disappointed as I thought they were exactly what I was looking for.

Wide is not Wide -
I love, love the look of this shoe. They wide, though, is NOT wide. I normally take a 7W and I could not even begin to get my foot into this shoe. My daughter is a 7R and she could not get her foot into this shoe. The toe box is very narrow, even in a wide.

Cute, but too narrow -
I ordered these in a wide width, but they were very narrow. I’m about halfway between a standard width and a wide width, so i was surprised to find them to be so tight. They seemed pretty small in general, not just narrow.
It’s a bummer, because they look really cute. Very slightly chunky.

Nice shoe...just not for me!
Very cute shoe! Not very comfortable for my foot! The actual shoe was ok; it was the toe area that hurt. I do a lot of walking, so I knew this shoe wouldn’t work for me. The look was great though.

Great shoe!!!
I love these shoes. There was no break in period. I wear a size 6.5, and after reading reviews, they all said they were true to size and I found that they are. Very comfy! I wear them for work and am in them on my feet most of the day. My feet don't hurt at the end of the day. I highly recommend them!

Great basic black pump -
This is a great looking shoe and could go with anything from jeans to a suit. They are nicely padded and the chunky heel gives some added stability. That said my WW foot is a hard fit and I am not sure if I will keep them.

I'm impressed! Few companies care about customer service anymore because they seem to believe they have American consumers "over a barrel." Why provide good customer service when they don't have to? At least goes the thinking. I deplore talking to "Customer Service" representatives in overseas. I don't understand them and they don't understand me. And they don't solve problems, they just read from printed cue cards. So...THANK YOU for caring about customer service. It DOES matter to me, it DOES matter to the American public. Next time I need shoes, you'll be the first place I shop.
