These shoes are fantastic! My feet are a bit wide, and these do not pinch, unlike other ballet flats. They are extremely comfortable, almost feels like you are wearing slippers to work! And I get complimented on them all the time. I will be buying more French Sole Shoes.

I wrote a review about how darn cute these shoes are and I'm so sad that I'm returning them, and the Tourist, because they are just not comfortable. My Acorn slippers have more support. What a shame, because they are super cute and the metallic color is great. Way too flimsy. I wore them shopping all day today and my feet are killing me. Boohoo.

This shoe is beautiful -- soft, supple leather and elegant styling. The red/orange color is lovely. The fit is comfortable and natural.

The rose fell off and the shoe runs small. I ordered these; wore them 3 times and walking in the dark to my car the rose on one of them fell off. Boo! I loved these shoes, but with no rose on one foot, these shoes are worthless.

These shoes are lovely. They are flats and are not meant to stand in all day; however, they are just fine for the evening or church. The craftsmanship is much higher quality than other flats I have purchased, and Zappos got them to me overnight at no added expense.

While this is an adorable shoe, I ordered a 1/2 size up based on reviews. After wearing for a weekend wedding, they have stretched even more. I cannot return them, and am trying to get them to fit better. I would not suggest ordering up as most ballerinas will stretch with wear. Wish I had ordered my regular size.

I love these shoes! The metallic color is great. I have relatively wide feet and generally have a hard time with flats because they cut into the joint where the big toe is (not quite a bunion so I'm not sure what to call it). Anyway, I tried several pairs of French Sole shoes. The plain styled flat gapped and pulled, but the flats with some type of embellishment didn't or it was hidden, and they were really flattering on my feet. I got this one in metallic and the animal print with the black flower on top. Both are super cute, really comfortable.

These shoes are beautiful and comfortable, but the back heel area right above the sole rubs out within 2 weeks. My shoes have a hole in the leather, it's like the sole of the shoe doesn't come far back enough, so the leather scrapes the ground. I had my first pair replaced, luckily, but it happened again with the second pair, too. Very upsetting!

I am required to wear flat, closed toe and heel shoes for work. I have feet that are wide at the toe and narrow at the heel. It is next to impossible to find shoes that fit my foot that are not orthopedic and look clunky. These shoes fit nicely, conform to my feet and are supremely comfortable. The arch support is minimal, so I do not wear them when I know I will be on my feet for much of the day. As usual, the service at Zappos in fabulous.

These shoes are pretty but are too tight across the front top and they cut into my feet. They have zero arch support and don\'t seem to work on my slightly wide feet. Will be sending them back.

I have big feet (9 1/2) and flat shoes can make my feet look bigger. These are adorable. Comfy. Stylish. I bought a size 10 because reviews said they run a little small. I'm glad I did.

These shoes are super cute! The gold colour is perfect and goes with everything. They are the most comfortable flat I've ever owned. The leather is so soft it doesn't pinch or irritate anywhere on the foot. The flower is the perfect size and is not too flashy since its tone on tone. I've gotten SO MANY compliments on these shoes. I loved them so much that I ordered the regular Sloop style with no flower... but I love these ones more. I ordered a half size up and they fit perfectly. Definitely would recommend the Season!

 |  | Dear Customer Service, I would like to personally say Zappos is an amazing company that I will always order from. I am never disappointed with the service, merchandise, etc. I just ordered a pair of boots that I ordered the wrong size and received them yesterday and ordered the right pair last night and saw on my email that the new pair coming is arriving today which is incredibly fast service. There is no reason for me to order anywhere else for shoes. Zappos has the best selection of shoes that are gorgeous and also the customer service team is always incredible and extremely helpful.
