The shoe is really cute and fits well, but I can't recommend them at all. I have worn them one time, indoors, at my job which (sadly) is almost entirely done sitting down, and they are deeply and visibly scuffed already! One wearing! So save your money and go for another brand.

This is one comfy shoe! It accommodates orthotics, has a soft, padded heel, and has nice adjustments (elastic at the "stem" end of the leaves and velcro straps). The strap is thin so it doesn’t look like your kindergarten shoe and stylish enough that it doesn’t look like you’re wearing your grandmother’s combat boots. I have a wide (C/D width) foot, a narrow heel, high arches, and bunions and have plenty of room even for all those issues.

Returning them. These are really comfortable shoes. True to fit. I love Naot shoes. However, I should have gone with my gut feeling about the color. Was skeptical about "primrose" and found that they are an iridescent purple with a shiny, patent leather 'leaf' on the top front of the shoe. It's hard to see that patent leather feature in the picture and I don't like it, particularly combined with the sparkly purple overall color. Bummer, because they fit wonderfully.

I love these shoes. They are cute and fit great. And while that is important, the removable footbeds are what really sold me (and them to me)! I have to wear othotics and they slip right into the shoe. Zappos' return policy is one thing that keeps me shopping at this website (well, okay, they also have a terrific selection). I live in a fairly small town and styles like this are not available. With a free shipping policy and speedy delivery, it's like going to a real shoe store and not a virtual one! Yea Naot! Yea Zappos! What a pair!

These shoes fit perfectly; no break-in period needed. They are comfortable and supportive. I walk a lot on hard marble floors, and my feet feel great at the end of the day. They are cute, not too clunky.

HELP - foot surgery needed to replace ALL my open toe shoes! Naot and other brands were recommended by the helpful Zappos staff. Primrose was my second pair of Naot shoes. Wow - what a great shoe, the strap is velcro, and even the little petal has elastic to allow for movement. I teach high school and wore these cuties the day after Zappos speedy delivery. Primrose (red) looks great with my denim skirts and also with crop pants. The shoe seems to mold to my foot - I forgot I was wearing brand-new shoes. Since the beginning of May, I’ve ordered four pairs of Naot shoes and I’m pleased with all of them. Zappos staff has been super helpful - I am a proud VIP member.

I really like these shoes although they are a bit big for me. I bought size 38 (I am a US 7), but next time I will buy a 37 as I need to wear them with an insole.

I wanted this shoe. I loved it. They were so cute and the sole felt very comfortable - cushy and good arch support, but on my size 11 foot they were just too short. If they’d had an 11.5, I would have been all set. They felt a good 1/2 size shorter to me. Another pair of Naots I bought in an 11 fit me like a glove though.

Amazing Comfort -
There's pretty much nothing I don't like about these shoes. They're cute, I have gotten many compliments on them, and they feel amazing on my feet. Better than any Dansko I have ever worn.

Stylish Comfort -
Second pair of Naots for me. Pretty and comfortable right out of the box. Well constructed and should last as long as I want to wear them. The velcro strap helps keep the shoe feeling stable because both pair of my Naot shoes seem to me wider than usual shoes. The soles are kind of clunky and tend to trip me occasionally on carpet. However, I am into comfort as stylishly as I can find it and these shoes fill that bill.

These shoes are so cute and adorable - I thought they were even nicer in reality than online. I love Naot shoes and always buy their sandals for summer and have also bought their clogs previously, but this is the first time I bought a shoe style. So, so cute. The only issue is that they were small. I’m always a size 39 (US size 8) in Naot sandals, and I ordered a 39, but they felt a size too small, so I’m returning them and ordering the size 40. As always, Zappos service was exceptional and made it so easy to buy and return.

 |  | My order was placed on a Thursday at about 4pm and the shoes were on my porch the same time the VERY next day. Right after I ordered them you sent an email stating that the order was being shipped out right away with NO EXTRA CHARGE TO ME. This excellent customer service must cease at once. I am just not used to it. The shoes were ordered for me to wear to my daughter's wedding and I was hoping that I didn't wait too long to find dressy shoes for my wide feet. The shoes are lovely and perfect.I have ordered from Zappos in the past and as I recall was equally pleased, and have spread the word about Zappos’ quality and customer service (esp. to my wide footed friends).
