Very pleased -
As a mom running around with young kids, I wanted a shoe that was both comfortable and stylish. I was a little worried that the heel would be too high when carrying kids but this shoe has been fantastic. Comfortable from day one, lightweight and very attractive. Kudos to the designer! I also appreciate the product reviews, selection and speedy delivery from Zappos--worth the extra $ to have free shipping both ways in case of returns.

Fantastic!
I usually wear Born or Dansko, but this Josef Seibel caught my eye. The fit, comfort, style, looks and quality in this shoe are SUPER. Instantly comfortable, true fit, and oh so cute. LOVE THESE SHOES!

I just love this shoe. Very comfortable good looking shoe. I can wear this shoe shopping or at the office. Very versatile.

Cute comfort -
I have to admit that I didn't buy this shoe at Zappos, because I saw it at a department store before Zappos carried it. I bought the purple version with burgundy and mauve trim. The shoe is very cute and I get a lot of favorable comments on them. But they are also very comfortable on my short, wide feet. The heel looks higher than it is, due to the platform bottom, which is well-cushioned. The toe box is wide and high, so there is no pinching or pushing down on the top of my toes. If I were to change anything on this shoe, I would have used a black sole - the brown is not quite compatible with the purple leather.

 |  | Dear Customer Loyalty Team: Thank you for your giving... we have given your order special priority processing in our warehouse and are upgrading the shipping and delivery time frame. I couldn't pay extra for the kids to do the extra stuff at Sea World, like when we passed the private dinner next to the tanks. I couldn't pay extra for the go cart rides that were loudly taking up the area under the batman (or spiderman) ride at Six Flags. I can pay for a combo meal when we eat in, but that is rare - so the dollar menu has been memorized by the kids. My son graduated last month and basically only asked for Chaco shoes for his graduation. You delivered them sooner, much sooner than anticipated. I want you to know that after getting them yesterday – EARLY - he has gotten up to meet a friend at 8am to hike and climb rocks in our local woods. I believe you all assisted in his celebration of new sandals. Please know that I couldn't pay extra, but that your team gave more than I expected. Thank you to the team for your giving.
