Comfortable Shoes -
These are very nice looking shoes that can be worn in both casual and formal settings. Even more impressive is the speed at which Zappos via UPS delivered the shoes. Ordered at 7pm and came back from work to meet my order on my front porch the next day!

 |  | Hi there Zappos, I just got my tracking number for a jacket I ordered yesterday, went to the UPS website and saw that it was out for delivery. After placing dozens of orders through Zappos, processing a few returns, and contacting customer service by phone a few times, one would think that my overwhelming love of you guys would wear off. But, it hasn't; it only gets more intense with every positive experience (which has been each and every Zappos experience I've had). Anyway, I think you should have a testimonial submission function on your site – I would probably fill one out after every order.
