Flat feet fixes - I use the Powerstep Pinnacle in my running shoes and casual wear shoes. They are too thick for dress shoes. They are a really good blend of cushion and support leaning stronger toward the support aspect of an insole. I have arthritis in my knee and I coach cross country. These seem to keep me aligned and don't aggravate my knee. These do require a break in period for your feet to get used to the support.

	We looked everywhere in town and these shoes just could not be found. I ordered them from Zappos.com and I have NEVER been happier with a company's customer service!!! They sent these shoes immediately and didn't even charge extra for express shipping. I love Zappos.com!!!
