This is a great shoe! I bought the first pair in brown at Nordstroms and wanted the black, but they were sold out. Finally, Zappos got in the black. The shoe is perfect if you are on your feet all day. If you hate polishing shoes, this is the one! Everyone has complimented this shoe when I wear it. For the cooler days in place of a boot, this shoe works with long jeans. A good basic shoe with style and a heel height that won't break your neck or twist an ankle.

Love the shoes! Even with heels, and on a concrete floor, the shoes are comfortable to wear all day. I plan on getting a pair in a different color. They are great! I love the different look!

Love the frosty version -
The gray & white Frost is unusual and fun---have gotten lots of compliments! These shoes look hard but turned out to be really comfortable and the heel's the right height to be stylish but also walkable. I usually wear a 6 or 6.5---these were 6.5 and were just right.

Comfortable and Stylish -
I was pleased with the comfort of my shoes. I'm on my feet all day at work and was able to keep the shoes on until the end of the day with total comfort.

Heel fell off after wearing them 5 times -
These shoes looked cute. But the heel on one foot fell off after wearing them only 5 times. I am going to try to super glue it back on. But I really would recommend against buying anything with such shoddy craftsmanship. These shoes weren't made to last.

Do order a 1/2 size larger and you will be MUCH happier. Heels are a little cheap but still worth it (just don't scrape the heels up against escalator teeth - oops!).

Trotters is a very nice looking casual shoe and somewhat comfortable except for the toe box. It was so hard (almost felt like it had a hard material inserted on top toe area of shoe) that I could not wear them. I have a pretty normal size foot, size 7.5. If not for the hard toe top the shoes would have been a winner in 3 colors I had ordered!Zappos is a wonderful company to do business with though. Next day FREE shipping and FREE returns for SHOES...what more could a girl ask for!?!?!?

Way cute and I get lots of compliments on them as the color is so unusual. I wouldn't want to walk in them all day but they are perfect for my desk job and some short intervals around the store. Like any Oxford they will get more comfortable with time, I wish the heel was a fraction shorter just for my back. They are beautiful and I love them

I like this shoe very much. My only complaint is one of the heel grips came off the FIRST day I wore them. I saw another customer had one come off the second day she wore them. Me Too should look into this issue. Thanks to Zappos for the great service!

Looked great in the box but when I put them on, they didn't hold the shape and buckled at the arches and toes – looked really strange. They were comfortable but sure looked funny.

This is a lovely shoe! It fits my bunion comfortably. I have a hard time finding trendy shoes that fit and don't look like old lady styles. Zappos got my shoes to me in a day; just in time for a job interview!

This shoe is even cuter in person than in the photo. Very snappy for work, with my favorite flared heel shape. I have narrow feet and they fit great for me, so if you have normal-to-wide feet, you might want to get a wider size. Only two criticisms: (1) That one of the little heel grips came off on my second day out in them, but that's pretty easy and cheap to fix. (2) The bridge of the shoe area is high. I mean that the area where the laces are stands up above my foot a little. Not severe, and they're comfortable enough, just a little odd.

Beautiful, But Very, Very Small -
I wear a size 11 and these felt like a 9-1/2 or 10. Not usually an issue for me. Heartbroken they don't come in a 12 because they're exactly what I want for the fall. I've just ordered the Dockers Java to see if they work.
