I have problem feet and have a great deal of trouble finding comfortable shoes but I have to look professional. These Softspot shoes are incredibly comfortable. Fit was spot on. With the cushy padding it supports my arch much better than other shoes. A great find!

I ordered these shoes because they looked comfortable and the reviews were excellent. I stand on my feet 8 hours a day... the shoes are comfortable. I am still breaking them in. I have narrow feet and these shoes seem to fit perfect and have not stretched so far to date.

Nice basic everyday pump -
I wanted a pair of basic pumps and this shoe fit the bill. It's a very comfortable shoe that I didn't have to break in first.

After wearing for a whole day, I get a pinched feeling -
The comfort isn't bad enough to make me not wear them, but I avoid wearing them two days in a row or the balls of my feet become very sore.
They're well-padded, which helps. Look good, well made. Although the toe is very square, which is not completely evident in the photo.

Scraped my heel -
While this shoe LOOKS comfortable, the heel comes up too high and it ends up rubbing/scraping.

My favorite shoes for work -
I work retail and am on my feet sometimes 8 hours a day. I need comfort and style and these are great for both. They are my only shoe that I can wear all day and not have sore feet at the end of the day or the next day.

Great Shoes -
These shoes are SO comfy! The foot bed has a nice arch and is cushy on the feet. Although it isn't a real dressy shoe, the heel is slimmer than a regular loafer style, which dresses it up enough for slacks or even suites at work. Love them!
And, again, Zappos got them to me the very next day! Love Zappos too!

I like them. I am a practical person who never wears heels and wanted a practical pump. I could wear them all day totally pain free. They are long and I put a heel pad in the back. I could probably put in another.

This is very comfortable and looks great with dress pants or jeans, very comfortable for work at my office. Heel slips off when I walk, maybe got it in too wide a width (extra wide)? Next time I would go with just a regular wide rather than extra wide or size down 1/2 size if I go with extra wide.

This shoe is like most other Softspots - very comfortable. Fit was fine as ordered. These look great with dress pants for work.

Great Shoe -
This is my first time trying Softspots brand. They are incredibly comfortable. I have a very difficult time finding shoes that fit right and don't hurt my feet. This pair is now my favorite.

I bought these for my 8 year old niece. They're really cute and comfy and affordable. But...I had to take them back because the sole in the front comes apart. The first time I thought it was the way she walks, maybe she was dragging her feet. After the 2nd pair, she only wore a few hours and it started to happen again. I could probably glue it back together, but why should I? I am going to take them back and return them. I'm really disappointed because I love the way they look.

GREAT SHOE -
This shoe is comfy right out of the box. I wore them for the first time for 13 hours straight and didn't have any discomfort at all. They look pretty good, too. I thought they looked a little old ladyish from the picture, but another reviewer had said they looked better on and they did. I plan to order another pair in a different color as I find it hard to find good looking dress shoes that are comfortable.

I like these shoes and find them comfortable, but they are hard to keep clean. The canvas is a cool look, but it is a bit blotchy (the color is slightly uneven) and it picks up dirt fairly easily. I'm pleased with these shoes, but not thrilled by them.

I bought this shoe in two colors (mahogany and black) in the same size. The black pair is about half a size longer, so I had to add a heel cushion to make it fit. I have high arches and had to insert a support for those. The shoes are reasonably stylish and extremely lightweight and comfortable. I have a long walk to work and haven't been wearing this high of a heel for a while, but found these wonderfully comfortable.

Comfortable work shoe - Overall I would recommend this shoe. The only disappointment is that the toe area is narrow. The inside of the shoe is soft and well padded.

Very comfortable right out of the box. Absolutely no break in time required. These shoes go well with jeans, slacks or skirts. I love how versatile they are. And the look is stylish without being too dressy. A great casual shoe.

I purchased two pairs of this shoe. One pair in black and one in navy. They are very comfortable with good support. The fit feels so good; you don't realize that you are wearing a shoe with a high heel. Perfect for long days at work, which I have.

This shoe is very comfortable and is a perfect fit. Actually looks better than the photo, not so stuffy or old ladyish. Great with skirts or pants.

I would like to start off by saying: Zappos.com is amazing. My first order with Zappos.com wasn't that long ago. On one of my orders, Zappos was so amazing to give me a special priority in upgrading my shipping date to the next day I placed my order. What other place does that? Not only did they do that, they always email you right away when you place an order. Other websites take so long, you worry if they even got the order. And, in Zappos website, it's so helpful. When looking at an item, it gives all the information you need. Your size, your color, and price range you are willing to spend. AND if the item is sold out, they email you once the item is back in stock. Come on! What other website does all of this! None! When I receive my shipment(s) at home, the packaging is so cute, neat.
