I ordered these shoes prior to going on a trip. They are very comfortable and look great with jeans or dressier pants. I would definitely recommend them.

Nice shoe -
These are a nice alternative to boots when in a warm winter climate. Also more sophisticated styling than the average clog. Overall comfort is good except for under the ball of the foot. I had to buy extra padding.

Pretty sweet little slide!
Style is very slick, leather is soft and shiny and heel height is perfect for long trousers or skirts. Feels wider than size but NOT a 'W' width. Comfy.

Cute and comfortable -
Cute and comfortable really sums it up. I can wear them all day at work with no problem. I bought brown first and like it so much I bought the black too. They look great with pants. I got the 9B, my usual size, and they are a little bit wide but it's OK because I wear little 1/2 socks with them.

Nice look with jeans.
Love the appearance of this shoe and the ease of slipping in/out without tugging on boots. However, I would have ordered at least a half, if not whole size smaller. They stretch out after wearing for awhile.

Was Surprised -
I was really anticipating having to return these shoes. I totally expected them not to fit. They were a little snug at first, but as with any leather shoe, they are stretching. I'm very happy with the shoes and would definitely buy more of the Sofft brand. Very classy looking with jeans, give the illusion of being a boot. Zappos was great also. Received the shoes extraordinarily fast.

Classy shoes!
I ordered a half size larger and a wide width for my high instep. I love mules, but normally can't wear them. These have a stretchy gusset for better fit over the instep. The soft leather is so comfortable and classy. I bought the black, but plan on ordering the brown as well. I love Zappos! What a convenient way to shop!

Disappointing -
At first I thought that these were another great pair of comfortable Sofft shoes, which have become my favorite brand. However, after wearing them for a couple of months the insoles under the balls of my feet have become increasingly uncomfortable. The insole is bumpy and not as soft as my other Sofft shoes. The uppers are not as supportive as I would like either.

I was very pleased when I received these shoes. They look great! And the fit is perfect! I also love the design and color. They look like a boot with the right length pant. I am not used to wearing heels so I plan to use a gel pad cushion under the ball of my foot.

Sofft Mules -
This is my first purchase of Sofft Brand Shoes. I'm very pleased. I chose to purchase this style in the black and the brown. The shoe is very comfortable, leather is soft, (I love the tucking of the leather on this shoe), and very smart looking. Will purchase the Sofft brand again.

Great shoe with good quality. The heel is a little higher than I would prefer, but it's a must-have shoe. I ordered this shoe in black and in brown and I wear them almost everyday. They look good and can dress up or down. Very comfortable and fits true to size.

GREAT SHOE -
Needs a little extra padding in front, but that is easily remedied with a removable insole. Looks great with work or casual pants. I wear a toe cover to keep from rubbing toes. Can wear it all day with no problems. Have it in brown and black.

Great shoe -
Love this shoe. I wore this shoe the first time all day at work and it was very comfortable. The leather upper is incredibly soft and practically drapes over my foot. The heel is just the right height to add style with jeans. I like it so much I'm ordering them it in brown as well.

Squeaky, but SOFFT!

Nice looking casual shoe -
I have small, but wide feet and I have a hard time finding a good fitting shoe with style. This shoe is well made and the leather is soft. It looks really cute with jeans. The heel is a little higher than I would like, but overall they are comfortable and look good with pants, not skirts. They could use a little more padding to be more comfortable.

Very Impressed - This was my first time ordering from Zappos and I was definitely impressed. The shoes arrived in one day and that was great.
