I love the look of these shoes. Due to wide feet I ordered the wide width, and they are still too tight. If I was to order again, I'd go up a 1/2 size.

These shoes are not for being on your feet all day long or dancing! The ball of my foot hurts a lot after walking in them for an hour. Also, they don't quite look like they do in the picture. Not happy at all with this purchase.

This is the best shoe EVER... Wear it all day with absolutely no problem. I lost one of the taps from the heel and had to have that replaced, but I wear them to death so I didn't even mind. Highly recommend and I walk 10K steps a day frequently around the hospital where I work in my heels. No problemo!

Vintage-inspired stylishness -
This shoe is adorable. Nice combination of classy and sexy at the same time. Wears pretty well (slight toe pinch, but not awful). Dresses up a pair of jeans really well! I normally wear a 7M, had to get a 7W in this one...took me a few pairs to get the right fit. Worth the effort, though!

These are really cute shoes but even though I ordered the W width they still dig into me where the top straps by the toes are. I can't walk very far in these without pain. If I could I would return them.

My right foot is size 9.5, my left size 10. Therefore, for the past umpteen years I've only bought size 10 shoes. After losing a bunch of weight, I started to enjoy dressing girly and seeing as I only had one pair of heels (a pair from Indigo by Clarks--supremely attractive and awesome shoes!) When I received these in size ten, I had a HUGE gap in the back. Even with my arch support inserts, I still had a gap. I went to a shoe store in town and tried on various pumps and other heels and found the same thing in most of them, but in a 9.5 they seemed to fit--at least length wise. Since most shoes in stores are rather narrow, they were snug across my foot. I decided to send back my size 10 Venessas for a size 9.5 pair, and they look and feel fantastic. Some people have commented that they need no break in time . . . these people are extremely lucky I guess! I have never worn a pair of leather shoes, no matter how comfortable and expensive, that didn't need some break in time. So I'm not really sure why I have a gap in almost every heel. I know some peoples' feet slip down in heels, but I almost feel like it's because I have such a high arch that my foot almost accordions when the heel is shoved into the air and therefore my foot almost becomes shorter? Anyway, after sending the 10s back and receiving a new pair, I am very happy. The only problem I have with these types of shoes that are targeted as comfortable and fashionable (i.e. Clarks, Sofft) is that they produce a soft thud sound instead of making a heel click or clack sound. That's obviously a purely personal preference, as I'm sure the sound of heels is irritating or unimportant to some. It's nice when you're in a quiet museum with marble floors, though . . .

Not as Good of an Experience as Others -
I've only worn these shoes one time so far, but I must be the unlucky one based on the other reviews. The good part is that they are soft on the bottom of your feet when walking and the heel is pretty low. But the bad definitely outweighs this for me - they were really painful in the toe area where the split strap is, and it cut/blistered my feet badly there. I haven't been able to bring myself to wear them again yet, but hopefully if/when I do they will break in better. I kind of wish I could return them worn!

Pretty Shoe, much sexier than clogs -
I have ugly bunions but you would find me dead before you caught me in an ugly shoe. These are pretty comfy with a nice heel and soft on the bottom. I have a bit of chaffing around the toe box and t-strap but nothing blister worthy.

Great Shoe!
I have never bought this brand of shoe before, though I have been meaning to for a while. Now I'm sorry I waited so long! They are darling shoes-a great height for either pants or skirts. They are totally wearable for all day, unlike some shoes with a heel. They have great arch support, which is critical for me, since I have a ridiculously high arch. There is plenty of padding under the ball of the foot-also critical in my book. I wear Danskos daily, and this is a great alternative for being a bit dressier without sacrificing the comfort.

Cute and comfortable -
After reading the reviews, I decided to take a chance on these shoes and I'm glad I did. They're cute and comfortable. I have short, wide feet. I bought a wide and the toe-box isn't an issue. They met my gold standard--I could wear them straight out of the box without breaking them in. As always, Zappos service is the best.

My first pair of Sofft shoes. These fit perfectly, and the brand is very similar to Softspots. Shoe is both stylish and comfortable, which is always a winning combination! Life's too short for my feet to hurt, so I make it a point to buy shoes that are comfortable right out of the box.

These are by far the best shoes I've ever bought! They are incredibly comfortable and have a great look! I need to buy the other colours! I have wide feet, so it's hard to find cute shoes in my size, but these are perfect!

Not What I Expected -
The shoes look inexpensive both in leather quality and stitching, and worst of all (especially after reviewers mentioned this as a big plus) they hurt around the toe area.

These shoes are fabulous. Great looking and comfortable. A little loose, but great with a pair of contrasting socks. I can wear them all day at work or for a night out and my feet don't hurt a bit. The leather is so soft and pliable.

Amazing shoe!
These shoes are absolutely amazing. I bought the "red" ones and love the bright hue. I was a little reluctant because the only width available in my size was narrow, but I'm glad I went with that. There was no need to have a break in period, they're amazingly cushy, they aren't clunky, and they're sturdy. I could even run in them!

Too small of a toe box -
The shoe was exactly what I was looking for. Unfortunately, the shoe fit everywhere except the toe box. It is very short and that might be some of the problem that it rounds so quickly and my toes got squashed. If your feet fit, wear it! Beautiful style.

I really like the comfort of this pump. I received numerous compliments the first day worn and worked an 11 hour day standing most of it. I wasn't sore afterwards, like I have been in several other heels.

Excellent shoe -
The Vanessa is a nice, solid dress shoe. It has a great look, is well balanced, and is quite comfortable considering its height. My foot is very wide at the toe and very narrow at the heel, and the t-strap kept my foot in place all night. The first time out of the box I wore this shoe for 5 hours, about 3 of which were dancing. By the end of the night my feet were tired and a little sore, but nothing that carried over to the next day. Overall, I highly recommend this shoe.

I got these in brown. I thought they were a cute retro-ish look when I ordered them, but when I actually had them on my feet they just looked old-fashioned. Also, they were much tighter than the other pair of Sofft shoes I bought at the same time in the same size.

I love the look of these shoes, but...
They just didn't fit right. I normally wear a 6 1/2 WW or a 7W, depending on how the shoe is made. Since they don't come in WW, I ordered a 6.5W and 7W. The 6.5 was way too small and narrow...I couldn't even put my foot in it. The 7 fit fine length wise, but the width just was not right. These shoes are too tight for my extra wide feet. But they are absolutely gorgeous, I am sorry that I had to return them. The cushioning on the bottom is very comfy, and it doesn't feel like you are wearing a heel. If these become available in double wide, I am sold! The wide was not wide enough to even try and break them in. I can sometimes wear a wide width just fine, but not these. :-(

Toe bed IS too small -
I was so sad when I tried on these shoes. I read a few other comments about the toe bed being tight, and it's true! I wear an 11W and the shoe would have been perfect if the shoe bed as just a bit wider. The heel was wide and roomy so looked awkward. The shoe though is VERY beautiful and I'm sad to return it as it would be comfortable as well. Oh well... on to the next. Thankfully Zappos is great and returns are easy!

This is a great shoe as well. I have the Veronica also. Very comfortable. I can walk around no problem. It has a really nice size heel. Very stylish with skirts and dresses. I got so many compliments. It feels great to not have your feet hurt.
