These shoes were so cute and comfortable at first that I decided to purchase them in two colors; one in brown suede and another in dark blue suede. The heels have perfect height. After wearing them at work the first time, I found them to be very uncomfortable and rubbing on my big toes. The shoes rubbed really bad on the top of my 2 big toes on both feet. I covered my toes with band aids and still hurt. I covered the top of the band aid with tissue just to be able to walk back home. Another day, I tried the other pair thinking the first pair might have been faulty. But the same pain and rubbing on my big toes happened with the other pair of shoes. I love the look of the shoe and have gotten many compliments; but too bad that the top of my big toes on both feet becomes blistered very badly.

Really comfy -
I am so happy that I finally found a comfortable shoe to wear at work! I wish that I had discovered this brand sooner, because I have so much trouble finding comfortable shoes for my wide feet. I will definitely be purchasing other Sofft products in the future.

Not as comfortable as other Soffts -
I tried on about 10 pairs of Soffts for my wedding and went with a high heeled sandal with an adjustable strap in the back, because I found that there was a heel gap with quite a few of the pairs I tried on. These are super cute and padded, but like others have said, it doesn't fit well at the heel and rubs on the little toe of my right foot. I'm trying heel pads to help them fit better.

I bought these last year. I ordered the 10 and 11. I kept the 11, but there is a heel gap and I have to wear a pad with them. Comfortable and cute otherwise. Wish they fit better.

I LOVE this shoe! It's super comfy and cute too. The high heel was a little intimidating considering I don't usually wear heels, but this shoe is really comfortable. I love the little bow on the side too, it's very feminine.

I just love these shoes! They arrived on schedule and when I tried them on I couldn't believe how comfortable they felt! These are my first pair of Sofft shoes but won't be my last. Zappos is the greatest!

I feel smokin' hot in these shoes.
I love the way these shoes look and feel. I get tons of compliments on them every time I wear them. There's nice padding in there that makes them comfortable for long days (but I admit I'm at a desk all day). These have become my favorite pair of non-sneakers. I gave them 4 out of 5 stars for comfort because one of my toes on my right foot rubs, but that's most likely because I have giant mutant feet (size 11) and not because of the shoe. It's nothing a strategically placed band aid won't fix.

Breaking them in -
I purchased these in suede. They were so comfortable that I ordered them in leather. Unfortunately, this pair doesn't fit as well as the suede version. The right shoe on this pair is tight and formed blisters on my little toes.

Love these shoes!
I bought these after reading the reviews and wish I had bought them sooner. For being as tall as they are, they don't walk like it. I don't often wear heels, but I now wear them everyday for work. I think this brand is amazing and would buy them all if I had room in my closet.

They are quite possibly the most uncomfortable, annoying shoes I have ever worn. They seemed comfortable at first but by the end of the day they had rubbed blisters on the backs of my heels and the tops of my toes. Also they did not fit well in the heel area and when I walk they kind of make a flip flop noise b/c they do not cup the heel properly. Re: the blisters...I thought perhaps the shoes needed to be broken in some so I had a local cobbler stretch them out in the toe area. They still rubbed the tops of my toes. The heel area has only gotten more ill fitting as I have worn them. The only reason I continue to wear them is b/c I'm too cheap to buy another pair of shoes :)

I love these shoes, but...
They were too tight for my extra wide feet. I can sometimes wear a wide no problem, but these were too tight. I had this problem with another pair of shoes, and going up 1/2 a size seemed to help. I ordered so many pairs of shoes at once to find something that fit, I got lost in them all LOL! So I never got to order a bigger size. They were so comfy on the bottom of my feet with all the padding. I would order a 1/2 larger just to compensate for that. But they are also pretty narrow. If you don't have wide or border-line wide feet, than these will be a great shoe for you! They look great, and the height of the heel is not uncomfortable to walk in.

Adorable -
These shoes are adorable and I love them. I ordered a size 8 but they are a little snug so in the future you may want to go a 1/2 size up. However, they look fabulous with my suits and I get compliments every time I wear them. Zappo's is the best place to buy shoes, their customer service is wonderful, along with the return policies. I order all my shoes from Zappos and do not go to any other sites.

I love this shoe. I can finally go out all night and not be uncomfortable. It's very stylish and I got so many compliments. It's worth the money to be comfortable.

Best shoes!
This is my fourth pair of Sofft shoes. This one is my favorite. These shoes came packed with cardboard supports to help during shipping/storage. The embellishments were protected, too. The fit is perfect. They are very flattering to the foot and leg. I have received compliments, even from my sisters...The height is just right, the underside is non-slip, but I can still dance with them. The cut of the shoe towards the toe is just right: just enough to show a little "toe cleavage" I will be purchasing this same shoe in another color.

Love This Shoe!
First off, let me say, I hate wearing heels. I have never been able to walk in them, and my feet always seem to hurt within minutes of putting them on. These shoes may actually make me change my mind. They are well balanced, not too high as to be wobbly, and well padded under the ball of the foot. I absolutely love them, and have worn them more than I intended. I'm a believer in Sofft shoes now!

I love the look of these shoes - very chic. Unfortunately, they were too narrow for my wide feet. I can normally wear a wide with no problem, and these were just a tad too snug. A 1/2 size larger would probably be too big. But they are soft and comfy on the inside. If I wore these more than just around my living room for testing, my feet would've been aching. But if you don't have wide feet or feet problems, these are a great pair of shoes!!!

These shoes are very wearable with a mid size heel and a cute, retro 40's look. The brand features soles that are flexible, making them easy to wear.

These are the most adorable shoes -- timeless, comfortable and can go with a million different outfits. I have worn them with no tights and with ribbed tights and with opaque tights -- all great, year-round, elegant. And if you have to walk a lot (like out on the city sidewalks) you can't beat the comfort.

Great great great.
Comfortable immediately. Everyone commented on how cute it looked. I have a wide foot and the wide fit perfectly. Only thing I'd change is make the heel hard and make the sole more slick. It is a rubbery feel and doesn't make that nice click as you walk.

I never wear heels, but I've had success with Sofft before, so I tried these. I wear an 8W and the width was great. I wore these to a fund raiser where I was on my feet for about 3 hours and had no complaints.

My love affair with Zappos -
My love affair with Zappos began one Sunday evening when my stepdaughters and I bonded at the Zappos web site. What better way to bond than with shoes!! Since that memorable date, I have used Zappos many times to purchase needed shoes. This last time, I needed shoes for a new gown. The designer though I should get silver, but I thought navy blue to match the skirt would work better. However, I went to Zappos, picked out three silver and two blue. When I took the Veronica out of the box and tried it on, it was perfect. Not only does it look smashing with the gown, but it is sooooo comfortable.
