The shoe is BEAUTIFUL and the cushioning inside beacons. But the toe box is UNCOMFORTABLE. Even if you get a wide or larger size, this shoe naturally pushes your foot down and crams your toes into the box. Your large toe lands right at the seam where the strap connects to the shoe and it HURTS. I've tried layers of mole skin and a small piece of gel cushion and it still hurts. It's unfortunate because I wore these shoes around the house on carpet several times before I decided to try wearing them to the office but didn't feel the pain in the 10-15 each time I wore it around the house – all I felt was the cushy inside. Such a shame because it's a beautiful shoe.

Cute shoe, but not as comfortable as expected -
I'm a sales rep, so I walk a lot during the day - parking lots, sidewalks, and lots of hospital hallways. I need something that feels like a track shoe, but looks like a pump. This shoe feels good initially, but the cross strap wore blisters on both my middle toes. Band-aids didn't help either. Zappos is WONDERFUL! This shoe is so-so...

There is something kind of cute about these pumps. I really want to keep them, however, I just wish they felt better on my feet. I have not worn them out of the house yet. They squeeze my toes. I have been wearing sandals and flip flops since April, so I am wondering if I am just not used to real shoes. I still don't know if I am going to send them back. Maybe I need to just break them in.

Sofft is my favorite shoe brand!
I know I can always count on Sofft shoes for my sensitive feet. My feet get tired easily and get blisters easily, so I am particular in my shoe selection. They have to be young and trendy and still be comfortable. This pair squished my toes a little and the ball of my foot hurt a bit after a few hours on my feet. Compared to other heel brands, these were still more tolerable. With all Sofft and Clarks shoes, I 1/2 size up.
Other shoes recommended by reviewer: Any Sofft or Clarks; Franco Sarto are always nice, too.

Amazing, amazing shoe!
What can I say? This shoe is gorgeous, extremely comfortable for a shoe I can wear with my suits in court and just all-around fabulous. I love it!

These are great shoes! They are a little narrow, but if you have narrow feet to begin with they are perfect. The soles are great- they form to your feet and the heels are padded to they don't click on hard surfaces. The toe box is a little narrow; they gave me light blisters on the tops of my toes.

I liked these shoes immediately. Very rarely you can find high hill comfortable shoes, and it's 6.5 Wide! I can wear these shoes to work or to go out. So far I am enjoying it!

Ouch!!!!
I ordered two pairs of these shoes the minute I saw them. The style for me was the perfect pump but as stylish as they are they are also very uncomfortable. I ordered 8W, which is my usual size. Very narrow in the toe box.

Typical Sofft. Very nice. These heels are a little matronly because of the button at the toe, but the heel is quite thick for a comfortable shoe and is very sexy. They are also very comfortable, except that the tops of the shoe rub on my skin at times. I think it is just because they are new. I kept them because I needed comfortable black heels and these were the best looking non-suede Sofft shoes available at Zappos.

Ohh So Pretty But...
I was looking for Sofft to put out a cute new style and was excited to see this shoe. So, I purchased a pair in ivory/black. I received the shoes the day after I ordered them. Thanks Zappos. Tried them on right after being on my feet all day. I heard that was the best time to try on shoes because I think your feet are pretty much as wide as they can get. So, I pulled out these beauties from the box. Put them on and ouch!!! My foot went to the front of shoe, the little band cut across the front of my foot and my little toe started to hurt. I walked around in my house for only a few minutes and when I took them off you could still see a red mark where the little strap goes across the tops of toes. By the way the shoe shows toe cleavage and has a really pretty heel that curves inward. Because I got them in medium, I contemplated exchanging them for my size in wide. Unfortunately, I remembered ordering another Sofft in wide and it was too wide. And as it was the shoe felt a little long in medium. Pity cause they're soo cute too. Back they go. :(
