There are my "comfy" winter boots. I love them to death. I've had them for a year now and they're still holding up great. Some minor wear and tear on the heel because I walk like an army general. I've weatherproofed them (spray on suede treatment) and have had no problems. (Granted I don't hop in puddles when I wear them.) Who knew that a boot with such a tall heel could be so comfy?! Love them.

Oh my! This boot is even better on your foot! I just tried the boot on for the first time, and in love with it even more. If you are having any doubt about the shoe, just know that it is amazing. I was only looking for a simple brown suede wedge, and thank you Mia Gelato! This boot is sized properly (I followed the Zappos guide and it fits perfectly). I 110% recommend this boot. It was everything I was expecting and more.

I've been searching all season for the "perfect" black suede boot, and I am here to tell you that this is it. Couldn't be happier. Was a little nervous about size. I run either 7.5 or 8; went with the 7.5 because of reviewer comments that they felt a little roomy and that they ran about a half size bigger. I'm grateful for those reviews; they were dead-on and the 7.5 is perfs.

I have narrow ankles and small calves and usually can't wear tall boots without them gapping a lot. But these fit great with very little gapping! They are perfect over skinny jeans!

Love these boots. Received compliments every time I wore them. Very sexy with a dress. Not really something I would wear with pants considering the detail. Bought mushroom color and it was a great choice.

Fabulous look, but I have to send them back -
I am super picky when it comes to boot styles...these boots are really cute - I could definitely see wearing them with a nice skirt to work and with skinny jeans to go out. However, for me, the calves are too big (this is a very frequent problem for me, and why I find it soo difficult to buy boots) so they look silly. I think someone with average-sized calves would be fine, I just happen to have bird legs. So sad because I love the look of this shoe.

I have black and stone color...plan to buy another black one so I will have a back up to wear for many years to come. It is incredibly comfortable for such high heels.

Love this shoe! Comfortable from the start and super lightweight. I like that it has a low profile and is not bulky. The sole is not too thick which means that my foot can stay connected to the ground, as opposed to soles so thick or high that you don’t feel the ground your walking on. It doesn’t have a lot of arch support, so I added an insole and it feels just right now. All around shoe: gym, about town, or light hiking. Good non-slip, grippy sole. Best shoe I've had in years.

Great looking boot, but not very comfortable -
This boot is just lovely to look at. It is soft and roomy around the calf area and looks like it would be comfortable. However, when I slipped them on and walked around, I just could not imagine myself spending the day in them. After 10 minutes I had to take them off and sadly put them back in the box to return. For me the wedge was just a little too high.

Perfect 10 -
I purchased these boots nearly 3 weeks ago and feel as if I have not taken them off since! I bought them in mushroom suede, and though I worried I would be unable to wear them with much, I have found that they go with everything! The perfect addition to a fall/winter wardrobe. I've had zero comfort issues. My only complaint is the oddity of the zipper. It starts two inches below the top of the boot and runs down from there. This can make tucking jeans in a major morning task at times. Regardless, they are my new favorite!

Beautiful but no ankle support -
These boots are gorgeous-- but unwearable, at least for me. They were too big in the ankles and calves. The lack of ankle support means they will be going back-- there was no way my feet would have stayed securely in place. I am bummed, because they are beautiful and look great on.

I liked the height of the wedge but the toe is very round (stubby) and makes your foot look tiny. My size 6 foot took on Minnie Mouse proportions. Otherwise it is a nice boot and fairly comfortable. Back it goes. As always Zappos is fabulous to work with.

Search for the perfect boot -
I ordered 4 pairs of boots, with the intention of keeping my favorite one: the MIA Gelato in black, Gabriella Rocha Kell in black & brown, Restricted Tootsie Roll in brown.
The best were the Gabriella Rocha - I kept the black, but the brown were fine, too. I'm 5' & wear a size 6 - they were very tight in the calf, but the 6.5 were too high on the calf. The Restricted Tootsie Roll looked cheap & didn't fit well. The MIA Gelato are comfy & great looking, but the boot is very wide at the top of the calf. I have now ordered the brown suede & I intend to get the tops taken in.

A perfect boot.
After much deliberating and one return, I received the dark brown of this boot, and they are gorgeous as well as comfortable! I get many compliments on them, and they are quickly becoming my winter standard. Great solid wedge too - they don't feel as high as they apparently are. I did find myself slipping around a little in both the new pairs of boots I got, so I just threw foot petals inserts into both - problem solved instantly.

Great purchase!
Boot sits about 1 inch below the start of my knee. Soft suede, love the style, love the heel. I did find that there wasn't too much cushion on the insoles, so I just purchased an insole and I was good to go. I love them.

I got these shoes last week and I just love them! I got them in black and wore them the first time with tights and a wool skirt while walking all around Chicago. The shoes looked great and felt great!! No breaking in time at all. I wanted a wedge pair so I could walk around in them more and in the winter without feeling like I was sacrificing comfort for looks. I am short 5'2 so I always like to have a heel. I am a true size 8 and got these in an 8 and they felt perfect. I was a little concerned about other black suede shoes I see on display that tend to look dull and like the suede has worn off, but I made sure to treat these with a suede spray first.

I typically wear an 8, but ordered 7.5 because of stock issues. The 7.5 fits perfect with room for a thicker stocking or socks. The boot looks refined and sexy. Surprising comfort for the heel. I can't wait to wear them out!
