This is a wonderful shoe...very comfortable and warm...I usually wear a 5 1/2 and ordered the 6...perfect...good with socks as well and I confess to using them inside and out...though not in tough wear...very nice looking with jeans...

 |  | I have just experienced the most extraordinary display of kindness in my lifetime of shopping. I have been having a very rough time of late, and I have not been well. The Zappos family sent an incredibly beautiful arrangement of flowers to my door and brightened what has been one of the most trying times of my life. How can I ever thank you enough? I can tell you that you have a lifetime customer in me and in my family and friends. Your products were always exceptional, but to be treated with this great degree of sensitivity and kindness and generosity is way beyond anything I could ever imagine. I intend to call too, but I wanted to thank you immediately with my very deep and sincere appreciation. The flowers are beautiful and you are an amazing company of people.
