I just received these gorgeous gladiator black leather gladiator open shoe. They are so beautiful, comfortable, very well made, and so easy to put on with the back zipper. I highly recommend these to everyone; they are so sexy for a flat sandal. I am getting a pedicure immediately to wear these soon. I am becoming a Zappos addict. Your service is next to none. This is an absolutely beautiful handbag. However, I am sending it back for no other reason that it is just smaller than I anticipated. Other than that, it is a great bag.

I love these pink booties. I always have cold feet and no longer. Too bad the temperatures are getting warmer!! No, I'll look forward to wearing them next year.

I love these slippers. They are extremely warm and don't slip and slide across floors. They don't come in half sizes so they fit a little larger than I would like...

Cute and comfortable as a teddy bear -
The footbed is very nicely cushioned, the soles sturdy but pliable. They are the perfect slippers to wear, so you can have your feet warm and then forget about your feet, because they are so happy.

Whoa - I know Dansko recommends sizing down if you're a half-size and buying this open-backed shoe, but let me just say that sizing down was WAY too small for me! I called Zappos and they shipped a replacement shoe immediately - got it the next day! My normal size, which is sizing UP to a 9 from an 8.5, worked perfectly, although these are just like my Dansko cabrios in that they are a bit too tight over the top of my foot the first few times I wear them. Awesome service from Zappos and, in spite of the glitch, an awesome shoe.

 |  | Zappos rocks, you so made my nine year old son’s day. We went looking for new DC shoes last Sunday and spent 3 hours only to find out that his shoe size was 6.5 right between boy’s and men's. The stores had no selection in either. We were told by one salesperson that most boys skip that size so they don't carry many. He was very disappointed, I suggested ordering from you guys that night and he didn't want to wait for shipping. I told him Zappos was quick, but he wanted to try stores again, so we did on Tuesday evening and came home empty handed again. We got online, ordered a pair he liked (there were so many to chose from in the size we needed) at 9:30 that night. Of course he was all about when would they be here, again I told him how quick you are at shipping and that probably Thursday at the latest Friday. He came home from school on Wednesday and they were on the front porch. He was so happy!!! Loved the shoes and can't wait to order another pair. I have told other people how fast they got here and no one believes that is even possible. I don't know how you do it, but thanks so much. You're the best.
