Upon arrival I felt these shoes were great! Looked good, and felt good. The soles were very slick, but livable. Then after only 6 months of working in retail management, only wearing these at work on a polished concrete floor, the soles of the shoe had holes in them! For the price of a "Good" pair of shoes, these were definitely not it! Kenneth Cole may want to stick to clothing.

These shoes look great and fit great! I bought a pair in "Tan Leather" and they look really good with lighter colored dress slacks...actually, if you are confident enough to pull it off, they also look really good with a navy suit, but that is definitely stepping into more liberal fashion territory (only black or dark brown shoes with a navy suit is the conventional wisdom). These shoes required little break in. My first day with them, I wore them all day and didn\'t have a single blister or sore area or numbness. They were actually soft and very comfortable right out of the box. On a separate note, the sole of the shoe is slick, so be careful walking on carpet! Overall, I love them and look forward to wearing them for a long time.

I want to thank you for the great service and selection I receive from Zappos. It was very hard to shop for my brother-in-law because, his feet swell very badly. He wears 12 1/2 6E. With you it was no problem. The quality of the brands you have are simply wonderful. I just had to share this. In this day and time it is very hard to find great customer service.
