Fits like a glove!
Maybe it's the fabulous leather, not sure. These shoes are SUPER high, but are surprisingly comfortable! Very well made. All of my L.A.M.B. shoes are high, but none hurt or pinch.

Wow!
I found these shoes in the olive color on sale at a local retailer. I had to order them a half-size smaller than my regular size. Nothing is adjustable on these shoes, and they run big. They are extremely high, and like one of the other reviewers here, I am debating returning them. They look absolutely stunning, but I just don't see how I will be able to walk in them. The heels are so high, and without a corresponding platform for the toes, these shoes put you at an unbelievable forward tilt. I am afraid that I will fall over. It's a dilemma.

Love these!
When I saw these shoes I thought they were going to hurt like crazy, but when I put them on and walked around they fit like a glove and did not hurt at all. These shoes run correctly with the sizes I am a 7.5 and the 7.5s fit perfectly. I looovee these shoes!

Super High Heel!
These shoes are absolutely GORGEOUS, but so insanely high I can’t decide if I should return them or keep them for decoration because they are soo cute... I am very used to sky high heels, but this takes the cake for me. 4.5 inches with no platform? As soon as I stepped in it, it already hurt the back ankle part of my feet.

THE fierce shoe for fall!
I love this shoe - it has everything that I need to wear for now and to take me into fall - zippers, texture leather plus a nice heel. Despite its vertiginous height, this shoe is strangely comfortable. I own this in olive which is neutral and works with everything but is special because it's more than just black! No complaints about this shoe whatsoever, I am seriously debating getting the red version too!

It looks really good, but very uncomfortable to wear. I usually wear 6 1/2, but it's really too big if you order your usual size. I can even put 2 fingers at the back!!

 |  | Today I had the great opportunity to talk with Betty about a return in process. As always, Zappos customer service is THE BEST! Betty checked on my return, verified it was in the warehouse and issued the process to start the credit return. She also told me that since I had been with Zappos for awhile that she was upgrading me to a VIP Zappos customer and gave me the link to the new site. I am sooo excited and can't wait to take a look at it. What a wonderful thing to do for loyal customers...and the fact that returns will be sent quicker and processed quicker is awesome. I have been watching this latest return for over a week and worried it hadn't made it to the warehouse...so this is fantastic!
Thank you customer service...you were gracious, considerate, patient and such a great, happy attitude that was felt right through the phone. It is so wonderful to talk to someone that obviously loves what they are doing...it certainly has made my day!
