These are the best socks ever. In 2002 I participated in a 60 mile breast cancer walk. We trained for a year; it seemed like 1,000s of miles. I also went to every foot clinic that the walk had set up prior to the event. One of the best things was their suggestion on the 'double layer socks' because of the blister factor. Well I have bought them now for my son’s 'hell week' at football and for my husband for walking and hiking. The entire science of these socks is fabulous!They were hard for me to find at regular retail stores and then by chance found them @ Zappos of course!!! Zappos has everything.

I really like the socks. Comfortable and love the added arch support.

Wrightsocks...double layer -
Have had double layer Wrightsocks before. These are thicker. You must be sure to get the inside layer smoothly on your foot before putting on your shoe. Once on (& it isn't all that difficult) they are very comfortable. I like the banded arch support

A must have for runners!
First bought these socks at a running store in a different city. Wore them to one race and came home to see if Zappos carried them. Best socks ever. Worth the money no blisters!

 |  | I want you to know how pleased I am that my dad received his shoes so quickly! He got them today. I am amazed! He is a patient at the VA hospital in Denver. He is a WWll combat veteran who lost his leg after stepping on a land mine. Recently, he was taken to the VA hospital because no one at his present home could care for him. He was sick, malnourished, and to add insult to injury, could not use his prosthetic leg because it caused a sore on his amputated stump. To shorten a long story, he had no shoes with him with which to begin learning to use his new prosthesis. I ordered them Saturday as soon as I hung up talking with him and he received them today. Now he can begin the long journey to regain his stride and health. He will be returning to the east coast of Virginia to be with family.
