I believe that I have had my Woolrich Woods Bay Slip-Ons long enough to say they are a good product. They fit well and are kind to my carpet because they don't have black soles. I use them mostly in the house, but occasionally wear them outside. They appear to be holding up well.

The customer service is the best of any company I've ever worked with. The entire process is painless. If for any reason the order doesn't work out, Zappos is amazing about returns/exchanges, they pay for shipping and their response is fast and accurate. As a mother of 5, accuracy and expediency are vital. Zappos is my silver bullet and I no longer have to even leave the house to take my kids shopping for shoes.
