Shoe Size: Felt a half size larger than marked
Shoe Width: Felt narrower than marked
Not true to size -
My son wears a 10.5 medium shoe. I ordered a 10.5 medium shoe. I couldn't even get the shoe on his foot and he started crying too! It's just too narrow a cut.

But your company is the exception. With the economy, you just expect to pay more and get less. This motto is definitely not how your company operates.
