I ordered this because it was uniquely different looking. That was so true. I thought it was true to size, but the heel of my foot wouldn't sit correctly and looked funny.

I just got off the phone with one of your customer service agents, and she was unfailingly helpful and nice. That's in addition to your great online service and quick shipping, and your great selection of shoes.
