I wasn't sure about spending this much on a mail order at first, but with the free shipping both ways, I figured what could I lose? But one look at the purse & I trashed the return labels; there was no way I was giving it back! Great bag, great Zappos service; couldn't ask for more.

Not only did my purchases arrive within a day, when I thought it would take four to five, the ease with which returns are possible (the larger tote made me look like an elf so I downsized) guarantee I will be shopping with you again! As I said in my original e-mail, I have only worn the boots several times, but I have had countless people ask where I got them and have directed them your way. Yesterday the lady that checked me out at a store could not stop talking about my bag and when I told her where and how I got it she asked for the website and I promptly wrote it down for her. Thank you again for your understanding regarding my purchase. I truly look forward to doing business with you in the future!
