This shoe, ordered in 7D (wide), looks like it is an AA width. I have checked the box and the imprint on the shoe. It is exceptionally narrow. My wide foot hangs over each edge by half an inch!

Comfortable for casual stuff -
I bought these to wear around the house. They are comfortable but not very attractive. They do stay on and the velcro makes it easy to adjust for thicker socks. I also added an insole to build up the arch for added comfort.

I love my ruby slippers! They are very comfortable, seem to be wearing well. My only complaint is the lining/insole, which could be made a little better, I think, with maybe a little more arch support.

Comfortable and Classic -
This shoe has to be the most comfortable and versatile flat slide I've ever worn. I can wear it with socks or without, with pants or a skirt, and while they keep my toes warm in the winter they aren't a typical oversized, clunky winter shoe. And they are incredibly lightweight! My only fear is that because I wear them so much, the foam-like soles will breakdown faster than a normal shoe. But we will cross that bridge when we get there. Excellent shoe!!

Love the shoes. The only complaint was I had to buy an extra cushion pad because the bottom was not comfortable, with the cushion padding really great.

I stand & walk a lot; I am enjoying my shoes to the point where I'm debating whether to purchase additional pairs in all available colors. Great with slacks, jeans or long skirt.

 |  | I am so thrilled with my first Zappos experience. I have looked at your site in the past but never ordered. Wednesday I spent 2 hours (through the day) on your website picking out the perfect Keens (3 pair). I got my shoes yesterday!! What a treat, I am about to repaint my toes to match the Birkenstocks I got too. I ordered the Birkenstocks about about 7:30 central time on Wed. (after seeing them on a friend) and still got them yesterday. I love fun, funky "comfort shoes" and I really will be a customer for life. Thank you for caring about your jobs and business so much. The website is amazing too; all the views are perfect for a thorough shop shopper like me. I will tell all my friends about my Zappos experience, in fact one is coming over after the carpool this morning to see my cute shoes!!! Have an awesome day, you surely have made mine. Thanks to those who packed my shoes so nicely.
