Zappos Culture ROCKS!
We purchased this book after watching the Nightline segment...Zappos has caught our attention and we wanted to learn more! This place delivers a WOW experience, on every experience......Wonderfully Weird!

Brilliant Customer Service Book -
While I haven't had time yet to read this book through completely; the little pieces I have read are very enjoyable. As a business professor, I think it’s brilliant that Zappos would publish a book like this.

Best Book Ever!
As an employee at Zappos, I take great pride when I write my annual entry for our Culture Book. I would recommend that everyone take a look and see how Zappos has made changes in all of our lives, customers and employees alike. It's exciting to see so many people excited about the same thing, and it's not a billion dollars! :) You never know, reading about our Culture may make you step back and take a look at your own life to see if there are any changes that you could make to Wow your own family and friends! Enjoy!
