These shoes were very comfortable. I wore them for the past six months hiking and backpacking in the mountains. My feet always comfortable and dry. This past weekend the rubber sole bottom under both heels lifted. I think it should be easy to fix; however, I feel it was a premature breakdown.

I love these shoes. I wear them to walk the dogs at the park in the mud and rain, as well as around town. They are comfy and supportive and waterproof. I did return my original size (7) for a 1/2 size larger to accommodate my orthotics. These shoes are the perfect width for me. I have flat, somewhat wide feet. I often wear Keen because they tend to run wide. The Tevas still have enough width in the front but hug my heel for a much more secure fit. I'd definitely try other Teva shoes in the future.

 |  | I ordered some Globe Castros, but they were too big and so I needed to send them back. I was surprised at how customer friendly the instructions were and how quickly I was able to get my return label. Immediately after that I put another order except one size lower. Apparently I checked today and my item was put on priority with no extra cost. That is awesome customer service. Thanks Zappos team and continue providing this outstanding service!
