I bought these shoes for my husband for Christmas after he fell in love with them in a store. He says they are incredibly comfortable shoes. I was pleased with Zappos service as always. Unfortunately the soles of these shoes began to come apart after only about 6 months of weekend casual wear. I returned them to Teva under their warranty policy and since they have discontinued them, they issued a credit. Now my husband\'s favorite shoes are gone and we are stuck with Teva credit. Just beware that these shoes, while awesome, are defective and Teva won\'t replace them with an exact match. Don\'t hesitate to order from Zappos. You won\'t be disappointed with the service!

Love my Tevas -
A solid, well-made shoe, perfect for tromping about in Seattle's mucky weather! I added a pair of "Sole Ultra" inserts to replace the soft ones that come with the shoe--the Soles were recommended by my podiatrist for the firm support my older feet need. There is plenty of room for my toes up front. My only suggestion to Teva would be to offer the shoe with black metal lace hoops instead of the steel ones to give a more refined look.

 |  | You guys are the best!!! I'm purchasing these boots for my niece's birthday and bringing them when I visit her at college next week. I could have gotten the boots elsewhere, but I knew positively I was going to get them from Zappos because of the great experiences I've had with you in the past. I knew if the size wasn't just right or she wanted a different color it would be a breeze to make the exchange.
