I\'ve had several Teva shoes over the years, and these have been the worst. The fit is inconsistent with the way their other models fit. These do not lace up well either; it is near impossible to get them cinched up firmly. My biggest complaint is that after a few months of moderate wear (no trail hiking or anything) the dark pattern part of the sole peeled away from the main sole on both shoes. I had to glue them back on.

Clunky. These shoes just seem uncoordinated. Style is ok, can make it to work casual Friday, probably not worth a damn outdoors. Every once in a while the soles stick to the ground--which I think shows the traction is pretty amazing. Mine have a squeak in the right shoe, every step.

Bad Fit -
I originally ordered size 10 1/2. They did not fit so I returned that pair, and ordered size 11. I have a narrow foot and a high arch and the shoes are still way too tight around the top & tongue. Apparently this company makes sandals. This attempt at making climbing shoes is a big F in my book.

This shoe has it all!
I love these shoes so far. I chose Zappos for their outstanding selection and service. They feel like they have just the right amount of cushioning for my feet. I use them for work, which is more urban, so they haven't seen the trail yet. I also haven't used them in rain/puddles yet either. They felt a little narrow out of the box but broke in quickly and now feel great. The shape offers plenty of support without feeling too bulky or heavy, just what I needed for work. My last three pairs were Keens which for me took very long to break in but were nice once they did.
