My five year old son loves these sneaks, and we do, too. They are basic, yet stylish and seem to be very comfortable for him. His only complaint is when we pull the velcro straps closed all the way, he says they are too tight, so perhaps they run a little more narrow than other sneaks, but we basically pull the velcro half to three quarters of the way - it stays perfectly and he is happy & comfortable!

Saucony Kids velcro sneaker -
My son really likes this sneaker. He has wide feet and we usually buy X-wide if available. This X-wide is wider than most, and we probably could have gotten away with a wide versus X-wide. I would recommend it.

Falling apart after only 3 days -
I ordered these shoes for my 7 yr. old son because he has such a wide foot and I can't find anything in stores. They look nice and he says they're very comfortable, but he only wore them 3 days and there were strings hanging on them and a piece of the sole had started coming off that I had to hot glue back on. I probably won't buy this brand again.

... and he's off.
I am always impressed with Saucony shoes. My son has wider feet; not seriously wide but the width of his foot requires a little extra room. He says they are comfortable and as he puts it "they help him run faster."

These shoes are perfect! My 7year old wanted shoes that were orange and silver, no ties and that is just what we got with Zappos!

These boots literally made living in Chicago this winter tolerable. They keep my feet incredibly warm, but they look very thin and stylish - not like a standard ridiculous snow boot. My only complaint is that they are not completely waterproof. Still, I wore them as my only boot all winter and my feet just got slightly damp. They’re also very comfortable to walk in for miles.

Finally wide sneakers that don't lace!!! My son's foot is very wide. In daycare they want easy off easy on shoes. Well in the stores I could only find wide shoes that laced. Thank God for this sight. It did kill me to pay this amount on shoes for a 5 year old who will tear them apart in 2 months…but he is comfortable and they are easy on easy off.
