Incredible Shoes -
I have these shoes in three colors. Everywhere I go, I get compliments. They look great with skirts and dresses. They are very comfortable and are dressy enough when you don't want to wear heels.

Beautiful shoe! However, the looks far outweigh the comfort zone of this pair. They are definitely one night shoes, not all day shoes.

 |  | Dear Zappos Customer Service, I have never written an email like this before but your high service level prompts a response. I have been working with Zappos on a pair of defective sandals. I have tried 2 different pairs of the same shoe and they have both fallen apart. Everyone I spoke to was excellent – friendly, flexible, productive. Between the excellent customer service and the way you stand behind the products you sell, I would like to never buy shoes in a department store again. The coupon was the icing on the cake. Thank you for the great service and accommodation.
