Stick to this book - As a Zappos employee, I have all of these books at my disposal, and out of all of the ones that I have read thus far, Made to Stick has stuck to me the most. It is an easy read, has a good flow, and presents an argument that only makes sense to anyone in any industry. This is stuff that you can use at any age and in any profession!

Stick is always better! "Made to Stick" is a great read that I have found very helpful in my work at Zappos.com. As a manager, a salesman, and a trainer, the case studies and techniques in this book have become an integral part of my daily activities. This book showed me how to tailor my communication skills toward set goals of response and to the specific audience. I would highly recommend this book.
