I ordered these shoes for my daughter and they did not hold up. The sole of the shoe wore out within two months. I ordered a pair of Merrell's and they lasted until she grew out of the shoes.

I, too, made a conscientious loyalty-spirited decision with this shoe order. I intended to make this purchase through another website because I would have saved $4 on the purchase over your site and still had free shipping both ways. However, my experience with Zappos has been so positive, that I chose to pay the higher price and purchase these shoes from your company. I was banking on the lightening-speed processing and shipping that I have experienced with your company in the past and opted for the known rather than the unknown of ordering from another company. So, when you communicated your "special priority processing" on this order at no additional cost to me, I was moved to respond with a resounding THANK YOU!
