The shoe was what I was looking for. Comfort, looks, easy on/off. The first time I wore them was very comfortable, not stiff or rigid.
Other brands recommended by reviewer: Any Johnston and Murphy shoe.

I bought these boots as a suggestion from my wife because of the style. I wore them new to a five day vacation in NY and they were amazing. Comfortable, durable and stylish. I wore them all day and night. Great buy and great service with Zappos.

Another Winner!
This has been my fist pair of boots I have owned in years. With the sheepskin lining, this boot is so comfortable I wear them around the house like house slippers. Johnston & Murphy has some of the most comfortable good looking shoes and boots on the market today. I would highly recommend these boots to anyone.

 |  | This is a note to inform you how wonderful your staff is. We buy from other companies and they might have one or two exceptional people to talk to. The staff of your company is all exceptional and a real pleasure to speak and deal with. They are very patient and understanding since I am a little hard of hearing, especially on the phone and even though they might have to repeat a few times, they never sound as though they wish I got off the phone. If I had to rate them 1-10, with 10 being the best, I would rate them with a 20. I don't know what else to say except to say keep every one of them on your payroll.
