Not great for super flat feet. Super comfortable. Super stylish. Not that great for flat feet. I have an old pair of New Balance that I absolutely adore, one of the main reasons I desperately search for another pair that will work. I put in the orthotics and walked around on a solid surface. The snapping sound of the bottom of the shoe would have been pretty embarrassing if I was out. I wish I could have kept these.

I wanted a comfortable, supportive walking shoe for both pavement and dirt. This shoe feels and fits great! It's just what I was looking for, and it's stylish, too.

Stylish and super-light - Another amazing shoe from New Balance! After trying all the others, I started buying NB exclusively for my wide feet. I got these simply for the style (women's shoes are usually too frou-frou for me) but these are amazingly comfortable, too. Easy to carry for toting to the gym or in a suitcase, and there is no break-in period: the body is so soft that there is no chafing at all.

This is probably my 20th pair of New Balance running shoes. As usual, great quality, very comfortable and these are also really cute looking too. I got the silver/purplish color. Very happy with them!

I have several pair of shoes similar to the New Balance WR737 and kind of forgot how comfortable this brand was. The lacing system is easily changed to provide fit according to my narrow heels and wide toe. The reason I chose New Balance this time is the availability of the wide width. The size chosen was 7W and I had been wearing 7.5B or 8B but had been told by a shoe salesman that was the wrong size for me. No need for all that extra toe room to satisfy a need for more toe space. The WR737 is perfect and after 9 hours standing and walking on my body is no longer aching. Perfect fit, perfect shoe plus the color I got is kind of cool looking. This from a 70 yo nurse.

I ordered these shoes for my 76 year old mother as her first pair of actual running/walking shoes. I have not seen her in any other shoes since she recieved them (next day I might add). These shoes are great! They are very comfortable and fit well. The fact that I can cinch them up tight with the extra holes along the sides of the ankles is great, too. This really helps the arches. Most of the time I need a narrow shoe and Zappos is the only site I have found to have such a large selection. Zappos service is awesome and I recommend them to everyone. Whenever I need shoes, I go to Zappos.

Zappos.com offered great customer service and a timely arrival of my order.\r\n\r\nThe shoes is quite satisfactory, I just wish there was a little more arch support. However, for the price, the New Balance WR737 is of the higest quality.

I really like these shoes. I ordered about 9 pairs to compare (nike and new balance) and these were the best. I first thought they were too light to give support but I was wrong. I have used them for fast walking up steep hills, aerobics and weight training--perfect for all these activities. They are actually so comfortable I just keep wearing them after my workouts. I had knee surgery 6 years ago so I have to have the "perfect " shoe for my workouts. These work! They were true to size and color was perfect. Even if these shoes were pink and purple, I would have kept them due to the comfort and support they offer. I love Zappos for letting me find the perfect shoe.

I bought these shoes for training for an upcoming half marathon. I got them last Friday and ran eight miles in them the next morning, then 4.5 miles of speed intervals today. They're unbelievably light, yet supportive for a runner with a neutral gait. They're true to size and width. Very much recommended.

Great service, Zappos. Hat's off to one day turn around. I love these running shoes. They are comfy from the start, although I thought they would have a bit more cushion in the heel of the shoe. They fit my wide foot very well and true to size.

I got the New Balance WR737 shoes because I've worn NB in the past and loved them. I work in a restaurant, so I'm on my feet for hours and hours at a time. The first time I wore the shoes it was to work, and they were great- true to size, no blisters, no breaking them in, nothing. I also love that they came in wide because not a whole lot of athletic shoes do and I have fairly wide feet. I'll for sure keep getting the NB's when I get new work shoes!

I bought these shoes for my Mom because she has high arches and therefore needs good cushioning shoes. As soon as she tried them on, she was so happy because they felt perfect and so comfortable to her. I bought her the same brand of shoe 2 years ago and she still wears them because they are so durable and still remain very comfortable.

Fantastic shoe!
This is the most comfortable sneaker I have ever owned! I have looked for a shoe that fits my problem feet for a long time. This is the one!! I have hammer toes, a bunion, plus arthritis in my feet, and I always have difficulty finding a shoe that fits and is comfortable. This shoe has a roomy toe box, and the mesh allows wiggle room for my toes. Yes, the laces are long, but if you lace them all the way and double tie - no problem. I wear a size 11, and they don't make my feet look like boats! I was delighted to receive these shoes the day after I ordered them - thank you Zappos!! I am thinking about ordering another pair.

This shoe is great, as are all NB shoes. I haven't found one yet that I didn't like. My foot is a little wide but not enough to require an actual wide width. NB works great for me. I use this shoe at the gym to walk or run on the treadmill and to walk the dogs in the evenings. When I know I'm going to be on my feet all day walking around, this is the first shoe I reach for. Can't say enough good things about it!

I was a little worried about buying shoes online, but I went for it with these based on the rave reviews and am so glad! They are super comfy, have plenty of room for your feet to feel good, not crowded and they look awesome. I thought they might look clunky, but they look sleek and athletic on. Love them! These shoes arrived in less than 24 hours! I walked in them for 3 miles during the week before I did Race for the Cure. They were comfy right out of the box. They're very light, comfortable, and moderately supportive. I had no discomforts or blisters. I can't say anything negative about these shoes at all.

Great running shoes. Feels like you are bouncing on rubber for the first few weeks. I ordered a half-size larger since I mostly run in them and also wear orthotics. The shoelaces are too short for people who are like me--those who lace all the way up and double knot; you can barely squeeze in the extra knot. Other than that, very comfortable.

Love them!
These are fantastic shoes, no breaking in required, comfortable and good looking. It would be nice if they had a teensy bit more arch support, but other than that, they're great!

I always run in NB shoes and recently tried the WR 737. I have run several races in these, including 13.1 last weekend, and I've never been more comfortable! Great shoes, true sizing.

Comfy Sneaker -
I love this sneaker. I previously had a foot injury so finding something that is comfortable is very important to me. Been wearing this sneaker to the gym for about 3 weeks and no complaints so far! And I love that I could get it in a wider size!

Iide toe box with no support -
I have returned this shoe but in the interest of helping others I wanted to share that even in the B width, this shoe has perhaps the WIDEST toe box I have ever put on. Although the heel cup was awesome and it had excellent width through the arch, it felt as though the shoe stopped mid ball of my foot with naked toesies. I have average width feet and have worn NB width B shoes with success before but this was just to intense. Probably good if you normally have fifth metatarsal pressure.
