Loved this shoe, but unfortunately it had to go back. It felt a half to a full size smaller and narrower than marked. Overall this shoe is a very pretty shoe, the silver and black look very nice and it would have been a knock out shoe to wear with jeans. For all those girls who like the skinny jeans, I believe this is the shoe to really rock the look, but you have to have small feet too. I would recommend this shoe, but if your feet tend toward the upper side of medium you will need a wider shoe and probably a half size larger than normal. Thanks Zappos for your easy return process, it is so refreshing that a company is this customer friendly and I will continue to be one of your many customers.

 |  | The service alone is worth the price to pay for the shoes i ordered. I called about the shoes I was looking at, New Balance Mr1011, cause I have a bigger than normal foot – size 15 with a really wide foot. lol. The lady who answered the phone was EXTREMELY helpful!!! And if I remembered her name I would say that your company needs to give her a raise, but since I can’t, give everyone there a raise! You guys ROCK! I have ordered from this company before and I came back because I knew for sure you guys had to have a shoe for me. Sure enough, you guys did. I can always count on this company. Every time I need shoes, I’m hittin you guys up first thing! OH! And the shipping! Holy mother of all things good! I ordered yesterday, and I got them about 15 mins ago! And they fit wonderful!
