This is a great shoe and a great buy!!! Everywhere we go people are always complimenting my little girl on what a cute shoe. She absolutely loves them. She says they are her lucky shoes. I am definitely going to purchase them in more colors also.
Other brands recommended by reviewer: Umi, amiana, and shoe be doo, just to name a few. I have never went wrong with a purchase from Zappos

Great school shoe! I got the navy blue on white for my 6 year old daughter and they look precious with her blue plaid uniform! I am planning on ordering another pair. They seem to be very durable.

I bought two pair of these shoes for two of my girls. I love the classic look of this shoe as well. The girls really love them and the shoes clean up really nicely. This was my first online shoe purchase and first purchase from zappos.com. Let me just say that it will not be my last. The customer service I received from both the Zappos outlet associate and the Zappos.com customer service reps were hands down the BEST! I can honestly say they are what customer service truly is all about, serving the customer! Keep up the awesome work Zappos!

I was so impressed with the shipping time! I received my daughter's shoes in time for the first day of school, only 2 days and a flat rate. Best deal I could find on the internet.

These shoes are a classic. Very comfortable, easy to match with any combination of my daughter's school clothes. They are very easy to clean. I would suggest ordering half size bigger than your child normally wears. My daughter has been wearing them every day to 4K and the shoes keep looking like new.

This sneaker looks great. It seems to be comfortable, never had any complaints. My granddaughter has a wide foot and Zappos is where most of our shopping is done. The only time we have had to return is because of size. We also purchased a play sneaker with many colors. We buy her sandals at Zappos too, but the Keds looks dressy when sandals cannot be worn.

Timeless, classic style -
My daughter & I both love these, especially since wide shoes are hard to come by. I absolutely recommend them. ONLY thing worth noting is that the shoelaces rip/break over time.

 |  | You're pretty awesome. Let me count the ways: 1. You make it easy for me to find great shoes. That should be enough. BUT I SOLDIER ON. 2. Pretty darn good website. There are lil' bugs here and there (sometimes narrowing a search doesn't totally work, but for the most part it does), but comparing you folks to some other nightmarish sites I've used, especially with the sheer amount of product you have for me to see...well done. 3. Convenience. HOLY CONVENIENCE, BATMAN! Much like Ian McKaye of the band Fugazi, I am a patient boy, I'll wait, I'll wait, I'll wait, I'll wait. But when I order from you I don't have to. I've had shoes get to me so fast I actually thought there must have been a mistake because it got to me TOO quickly. Guys, that is some serious service. This is why I buy shoes exclusively from you. 4. Customer Service. I had a store credit recently, but like an idiot, I deleted the email with the credit code. I called up and talked to a totally friendly, funny, helpful guy. He said he'd take care of emailing me the code and all would be right with the world. OH NOES! The email, actually never showed up. So I called back and spoke with a totally friendly, funny, helpful girl (with a completely pretty voice, I'll be honest) and she got me a coupon code while I was on the phone (THAT'S good turnaround) and explained that there were the dreaded *technical difficulties* and the other dude didn't actually screw up. Guys, I've never talked to a company on the phone and ended with such a good feeling. I have friends that I don't enjoy talking to on the phone that much. Close friends. Is it ok if I just call to talk sometime? I'm kidding. Maybe. 5. You ALL seem to have a sense of humor. You guys are frakkin' funny! Your email, any of the “dig deeper” sort of stuff (blogs, joke of the day, etc.). That is beyond refreshing, thank you so much :) Honestly, as long as you guys are around, you got my bidness.
