Wow! Unbelievably pleased. I ordered toddler shoes at 11 pm and they were on my doorstep by noon the next day. Zappos is a rare company. Their prices and service are top-notch. Thank you!

My 3 year old son has extremely wide feet and this shoe fits him well without being too tight. It also can be dressed up or down.

Great dress shoe -
This is a great dress shoe for toddlers, and I have received many compliments when my son wore these to church. He can run and play in them also. As he doesn’t wear them every day, I ordered a size larger and they fit great with a little room to grow. I highly recommend these for an active toddler!

GREAT SHOE -
My son is so hard to buy shoes for because he has Fred Flintstone feet (flat & square). This shoe fits him perfect and the comfort is great. He actually leaves them on when running around and doesn't stumble in them.

Matches all browns, khaki's. Can be both dressy and casual. Great purchase. My son has extra wide feet and these shoes are very comfortable for him. We ordered them from Zappos.com. Stride rite website didn’t have any in his size in stock and the shoes were on our door step the very next day.
Other brands recommended by reviewer: Stride Rite is the best for Extra Wide little feet!

 |  | Dear Zappos, My daughter (Morgan) is a student at Ohio State University.
Approximately one month ago she had emergency gall bladder surgery. On Tuesday, September 15th, she had a follow up with her surgeon before she was to leave to move into her dorm on Thursday, September 17th. At the appointment, the surgeon advised that under no circumstances was she to lift over ten pounds until the end of October. We were told to that she would have to use a rolling book bag. My friend highly recommended Zappos.com. On Tuesday, September 15th, Morgan and I picked out a book bag from Zappos. Morgan was so anxious to place her online order, she did not choose the priority shipping option. I called Zappos within 15 minutes of her placing the order. Your customer service rep was very kind and far exceeded my customer service expectations by making me a VIP and offering to waive the
overnight fee. I was very impressed and very grateful. The bag arrived overnight as promised, but it was too small. I hated to return the book bag because your rep had been so kind. Yesterday, a beautiful get well bouquet arrived at our home for Morgan. It was from Zappos! There is no way I will return that bag without picking something else out from Zappos. In addition, I want EVERYONE to know what a wonderful company you are. I am so impressed and cannot thank you enough Zappos! Also, thank you for giving me the e-mail address to send my feedback.
