Best pair of shoes ever!!! Well, where do I start…these shoes are all around awesome!!! Mainly got them because my name is Mike and I wanted a pair of blue shoes. Always wanted a pair of Lakais and now I finally got em. Received them in about 3 business days so relatively fast shipping. The black on them is a plastic, which stands out really nice on them. Something they don't show online is the inside sole of the shoe, which has a picture of Mike Carroll's face! LOL, it’s awesome. Not to mention everyone thinks I custom ordered the shoes because he looks remarkably like me. Very nice, comfortable, stylish, bright blue shoes! Highly recommended.

These shoes do look really sick. I got mine last night and I like them a lot. The only problem was that they feel a little bit bigger then they say. I ordered a 9 and they felt a little bigger then that. I tried skating them and the board feel was ok and the flips will be good if you break the shoe in. Overall a pretty good shoe.

It's a good shoe. I had never owned a pair of the Carroll Selects, but I bought them anyways because of the colorway and when I tried them on, they felt like Half-Cabs. They have really good board feel, and are fairly cushiony, but I added another insole since I skate stairs more than anything else. If you like Half-Cabs or the Jerry Hsu Emericas, buy these. You definitely won't be disappointed.

Seems like selling shoes online would be a risky business venture. Usually you need to go to the retail store and try on several different shoes before you know exactly which one you want.
