I've been coveting these boots for ages and Zappos did not disappoint when I decided to go for it! They run a little large but not so much I had to send them back. And the olive color ROCKS! Thanks for the speedy shipping - I love shopping with Zappos!

As other reviewers have stated, these boots were slightly tight at first, but stretched to the perfect size within a day or two of wear. I normally wear an 8.5 and ordered an 8 in this boot, which is the correct size for me. The leather is of high quality and the stitching and hardware are both sturdy and beautiful. I applied leather conditioner during the first week of wear and they broke in perfectly. I find them very comfortable, even with a lot of urban walking, and they can be dressed up or down to coordinate with many outfits. I expect they will last a long time, judging by the craftsmanship and quality of materials. They are definitely worth the price. I am very happy with my purchase!

Wow! I should\'ve known that I would find the perfect boot on Zappos. The Frye company is about quality. The first time I put \'em on, I was in love. Zappos is about selection (I bought the gorgeous plum) and is cheaper than buying direct from Frye. They do run about one size smaller than usual. Of course, Zappos had them on my doorstep in no time at all.

These are gorgeous boots. I ordered them on a lark, kind of hoping they wouldn\'t fit because they are not cheap. But when they came I put them on and didn\'t take them off for the rest of the day. I own two other pairs of Frye boots, and you cannot beat the quality. They look and feel as if they will last forever.

I love these boots. I have been coveting these boots for most of my adulthood and could never quite plunk down the money. Well, now I did. They are lovely and I know I will have them for years to come. The run a half size big, very big. I normally fill an 8 and had to return them and get a 7.5. They are tad uncomfortable on my one foot, but I am slowly breaking them in.

Love these shoes, no need to break in. I am usually a size 8 so I made the mistake of wearing thin socks in an 8 medium and my foot was sloshing around and came out of the heel. So the next time I wore a nice pair of cushy socks and some arch inserts to make these the most comfortable pair of boots ever. I will be wearing these for the rest of my life. Classic!

I got these boots in the Saddle color and they are great! Color is beautiful and fit is fantastic. I am normally a 7.5, but I went 1/2 a size down because they are boots! Overall, they are a great go-to pair of boots and I have already made them a staple in my wardrobe. They are pricey, but good boots are anyways!

I love these boots. They run a whole size large. I wear a 7, so a 6 is a perfect fit. Soon I'll be getting another pair in black; they are the best!

I have two pairs of Frye Harness boots and absolutely them! They fit excellently, and are super comfortable. I could wear them all day and they look hot. The only problem I have with one pair is that the back strap has stretched out so much that it slides down underneath the heel and I walk on it! To be fair, perhaps its my own fault as this is the pair that I have worn daily on my farm for two years. The rest of the boot has held up exceptionally well given the treatment I put it through. Overall, worth every cent and I will definitely buy another pair. Zappos is great!

I got the Frye Harness in Plum. They are very comfy and super-cute. I’ve received so many compliments on them already! They seem to run a little big so I’m able to wear thick socks with them which makes them even more comfortable.

I was really excited to receive these boots. They are an American Company, bench crafted with a rich history. I ordered 2 pairs both 1/2 size smaller than what I wear. Same style, same size, 9, each pair fit totally different, both too loose in the heel. Sadly, I sent them back. I will have to try to find these at a retailer where I can try on several pairs before finding the correct fit; also I couldn't have gone any smaller in the size as my toes would be bumping up against the wall of the boot.

Well I got these in black,too cool.I love them with short skirts, talk about attitude. The sizing was the hard part. I am an 8ish so I went to a store to try on sizes. I was right in the middle between a 7 and a 71/2. Decided the 7and1/2 had too much heel slippage so I got the 7. Since getting them on was a challenge I took them to a shoe repair to have them stretched and presto perfect.Still a little stiffness in the toe box but I think that\'s the way these are made. I think they will last forever. Zappos is the best website out there.

Beautiful and comfortable! Lovely boots that fit my wide feet comfortably. I ordered the gray and was thrilled with the boots when they arrived; they look great with pants or skirts, not too clunky, really a classy boot. I expect years of use from these.

As other reviewers say, the quality of this product is tops. I ordered mine in Slate, but was not happy with the color - it was a bland gray. The color of the rings was a nice, brassy gold, which led me to hope that the gray would be warmer. Anyhow, as to the height, the boot hit me at the thickest point of my calves and was not flattering. The sizing was huge! I'm very consistently a 10, but even with thick winter woolly socks, these were very, very large. I am going to send these lovelies back due to sizing and unhappiness with the color, but would still recommend them highly, the quality and styling is great.

Veronica Harness - I received my boots and love them. The leather is soft and the fit is a little big, but with thicker socks it will be okay for the winter. Great service as usual for Zappos. This is my 5th pair of Fryes. Love them.

Funky green classic - I love this boot. The green color makes it unique and funky. It runs a little large but ok for winter since I will wear thick socks. The only problem is a little spot of glue or something on the boot that Frye said to wipe off with warm water. Due to the green color this left a mark and the spot is still there so I will have to get some leather cream. Overall this is a high quality, beautiful boot and feels great. I will wear them for many years. They make you feel great just wearing them. Made in the USA too.

These booties are fabulous!!! I bought these boots in the slate. They are beautiful, super comfortable on my wide foot and I would recommend them to anyone! They look adorable with dresses and with skinny jeans. I ordered my size and they fit perfectly. The only tiny complaint I have is that the leather is not as thick as some of the better made boots, but it is still good. Love!

Excellent Boots -
I was really on the fence about these and thought they might be too chunky for everyday wear. I'm so glad I gave in and bought them. They're incredibly attractive and really well made. They look excellent with skirts, dresses, and jeans. The leather is thick and sturdy, but breaks in nicely. The first day I put them on, one foot felt a bit narrow, but it's starting to stretch out. I wouldn't count on them to stretch a lot if you have wide feet, but there is some give in the leather. This is really a great pair of boots that'll last a lifetime.
