Cute Shoe -
Ordered this shoe from another shoe online site because ZAPPOS didn't offer it in size 13. However, I still got this shoe and I love it. It's just different looking and size is accurate. After first wearing, toes were a little pinched...but overall, fit great. Wish more Jessica Bennett shoes would come in the larger sizes.

Poor quality -
I bought these shoes from a department store because I love how they look. After a few times of wearing them, the heel started to peel off. I went back to the store and as always, they had excellent customer service and they exchanged them. I wore the new pair for one day and the same thing happened AGAIN! These shoes are on the expensive side and this SHOULD NOT happen. Unless you want to pay EXTRA to have the sole reattached, steer clear.

Adorable and comfy!
These shoes are comfortable and so cute. I can't believe how small they make my foot look and I have a large foot. Love them. Fit true to size and width.

Nice Looking Shoe, but has a problems -
I love the look of this shoe. However, on the first day of wearing the shoe, the heel fell off the sole of the shoe. Since I was traveling for business, I had to take it to a shoe repair place to have the heel repaired. Needless to say, I was not very happy considering the amount of money I paid for this shoe. I haven't had a problem since and I still think the shoe looks good; I just with there was more quality control in place. Comfort is good, but I gave a 3 rating based on quality.

 |  | I love your Company and have ordered several things. I am dealing with kidney cancer and am always looking for red shoes to make me feel happy when I am getting chemo. You have always been able to help me. Your staff is amazing and last month I ordered a pair of red sandals and just recently received a box filled with little gifts to make anyone feel better. Your team member also sent me your 2008 Culture Book with a beautiful note. I have been reading all the uplifting notes that many people wrote in the book and can't believe that there are so many wonderful people out there. I also worked for a company who had core values that we all had to follow, but when I got cancer, this health company did nothing to help me through this time. They recently stopped my disability because they said they only allow two years. I am now going to live on my social security of $1,400.00 per month. I sent the CEO a letter requesting an extension and was told they have done all they could for me. My Chemo pill alone costs $6,000.00 per month and I have to stay on the expensive Cobra so that I can get it. Soon that too will expire. I just know that I have such high regard for your company and Zappos. Thank you for being who you are and I wish I was close to Las Vegas to visit your place and thank everyone personally.
